We decided to get ahead of hurricane season by purchasing a powerful backup portable generator, and called Scott at Carrolls Electric after reading many online reviews about their work, not knowing if they were all that good...Now we know. They are talented professionals in every way, and helped guide us to the right sidebar purchases like cords and plugs to make the installation seamless, which it was. Scott and his techs not only did an awesome job, but Scott even followed up later to say if we ran into any trouble or needed any advice when it comes time to crank up the generator after a hurricane to call him any time he's needed. Next to having him come live with us, this was a really nice offer of help. We will continue to call on Carrolls in the future, and highly recommend Carrolls to friends, family and neighbors.

Excellent service. Courteous; call back in a timely manner and show up on time. I recently had a switch put in for my ceiling fan. A couple months later, my ceiling fan wasn't working. I called and they came right out. Someone had turned off the fan using the cord instead of the switch. Scott was great about it and didn't charge me for the service call. Highly recommend this company.
