Carroll’s Electric came and replaced my panel and upgraded all of my outdoor outlets. Scott the owner gave me great advice on electrical work I didn’t even ask to service. It’s hard to find honest people these days, but I’m glad that small businesses like this still run off of kindness and willingness to help.

I've had the pleasure of having Scott from Carroll's Electric come to my home and he is by far the best electrician I've ever had at my home. He is very knowledgable with troubleshooting and knew how to address our concerns immediately. We had an issue with our 3-way switch that Scott was able to fix right away. We are very happy with the outcome! Excellent workmanship! : )

First time needing an electrician since we moved into our home 3 years ago.

I called Carroll's Electric Inc. based on reviews and I was not disappointed. Michael Lee came out and was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and the cost was extremely reasonable. Would not hesitate to call again for future electrical needs.

Reading some of these reviews and its to my shock the treatment and communication I received by Scott. I called to follow up with a matter discuss last week, where he himself had stated he will call back and he did not. That is ok, no problem he didn't. The problem was when my boss asked me to follow up with this company at the moment he saw my number on his caller ID he knew it was me, and was extremely rude, unprofessional, and border line out of place. I barely was able to say Good Morning, while he was trying to shut me up, not allowing me to speak, and to add told me specifically ''Not to call again''. Sorry Sir, this is no the way you speak to business providers or anyone relating business matters. I understand we all have days, but its not the way. Hope you have a better day Scott.

this is the 3rd time I hired Carroll's for my home remodeling projects and I am sure not the last time. By far, they are one of my favorite companies, stress free, reasonable and with top notch communication. I recommend them to everyone I know. Scott and Michael are awesome and true professionals. It is a small but very well run company. Prices are very reasonable as they charge per hour. If you need electricians, do not hesitate to reach to them. No work is small for them, they did all kind of things for me, including swapping bathroom exhaust fans, installing led mirrors, relocating outlets, installing LED ceiling lights, new wiring and so on.

I seldom write reviews but this company deserves one of the best I have ever written because they are outstanding. They are amazing, professional, fairly priced, don’t waste time, fix the problems fast! I think about all the wasted time, inflated prices and sub standard work we have received in the past from Electricians. I was recommended to Carroll’s Electric and so thankful I was. They are the absolute BEST! We have had problems for YEARS and they came in and in a couple of hours”DONE” perfectly! I love this company and will ONLY use them! Thank you Scott who is always polite and helpful. If you want to save money and get the job done right and once, call Carroll’s electric!

We had an issue with a lighting fixture that was not receiving power. Kevin was very thorough and patient in tracking down the problem and coming up with a great solution.
Excellent company, professional and knowledgeable employees and fair pricing make this the only electrical company we will use. Thank you, Carroll’s electric!

They installed a mess, they had no idea what or how to perform the job. Then refused to come out to address the issue. I had to call in another Electrician to fix their mess. What he found in my attic could have caused a fire. They then refused to take responsibility. BEWARE BEWARE.

I was charged NOT ONLY for the service call itself ($92.00 an hour) BUT ALSO AN ADDITIONAL $92.00 for the TRAVEL TIME it took to get to my house ( a drive from College Park to Sanford -- at 2:30PM -- a drive of 40 minutes at best.)
Unhappy about that extra $92 dollars for travel time, I called and asked to talk to Jim. When he returned my call, he explained to me that it was my responsibility to pay for the travel time from the previous service call -- that the moment they left the previous service call, that my hourly charges began -- that I was responsible for their travel time. I told him how outrageous I thought that was , and he said ALL electrical companies charged that way.
I don't know if that is true for all, but it is true for JD Electric , and I wanted to make you all aware of the policy.

I HIGHLY recommend JD Electric!! I will NEVER use anyone but them for ANY electrical need.The power in half of my kitchen (outlets, ceiling fan, light) mysteriously went out one day for no rime or reason. I checked the outlets, changed a couple of circuit breakers, and even consulted a couple of friends before finally giving up and calling Jim at JD Electric. Dave and Ray had to majorly troubleshoot the problem. With that being said, they had the problem solved and repaired in 45 minutes to an hour. Again, I highly recommend them, and will use no one else ever!

After having an electrical company and a separate individual come out to look at an electrical problem in my home, paying over $1000 between the two, the electrical problem in my home still continued. Jim came out, found the problem within minutes and fixed it quickly. I was shocked at how fast and easy it was for him to fix the problem. Jim was honest about what the problem was and didn't try to quote me for work that didn't need to be done and didn't rip me off. I found him to be trustworthy, honest and professional. From now on, I will only use JD Electrical for any electrical work in my home. I highly recommend them.

Daniel from Super Fast Electric was amazing and professional the whole time from the quote to installation. He was extremely dog friendly. He assembled and installed a Venetian chandelier for us. It turned out beautifully with no issues. I have already referred the company to friends for their quality of work and professionalism.

Steve did an amazing job! He was very professional, polite and thorough. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for their electrical needs.
