15 LightYears installed my Solar system as part of the Orange County Co-Op. Although there were scheduling hiccups along the way, Tim stepped in and got the problems solved for me. My system went operational in Feb 2024 and it is producing more than we are using. Very happy with this.

They installed a Tesla charger, a panel upgrade and a 60 amp line drop to the garden through the attic. The Chief electrician and his apprentice were professional and conscientious and I felt they gave me the knowledge I needed to make informed decisions.

Everything is working great and they made the 60 amp line extra safe without my asking, as you can see in the pictures of the completed installation attached below. They were responsive when we hit logistical and scheduling issues and I felt valued as a customer.

I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

15 Lightyears was professional and quick. They gave a clean and easy to understand estimate in PDF format. The installation of my 10kw system only took a day. The Enphase app makes it easy to monitor my solar production. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with 15 Lightyears.

15 lightyears did a fantasic job coordinating, communicating, and setting expectations during my install. Everything was explained very well and the installers were very professional. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone interested in solar.

15 lightyears installed solar panels on my roof in 2018. Their people came to my home and measured the roof and took the information back to their office. A couple of weeks later we received an email with the proposed layout for the panels and a cost estimate. After our approval, 15 Lightyears returned to our home and installed the solar panels and all the hardware to make the system work. Their installation crew were very polite, clean cut and acted in a professional manner at all times.

After an inspection from the Orlando Utilities Commission, the system was activated.

The solar system has saved us between 40% to 45% on our monthly electric cost.

NOTE: After about a year, we had a couple of panels fail. We contacted 15 Lightyears, within 2 weeks the problem was diagnosed and new panels were installed. The warranty covered all the expenses.

The experience of purchasing from, and having our solar system installed by 15 Lightyears was extremely easy. We did not experience any problems or have any issues with any part of the transaction or work performed.

We had a mixed experience with 15 Lightyears. Although the installers were on time every day and they worked non stop for several days to get our system installed, we recently found out the system was not wired correctly. We continue to have reporting issues with the solar charge controller and I am hopeful that 15 Lightyears will send someone out to fix the issue. Still waiting now for 2 weeks without a resolution.

I was on the committee for choosing a solar installer for a co-op in Orlando in 2019. Based on the multiple criteria, we easily selected 15 lightyears amongst the seven competitors. I eagerly signed up with them for my solar installation later that year. They were of the utmost competence technically and practically - they did a fantastic job from the planning, choosing the optimal components, applying for the permits, and of course construction. The installation process was flawless and clean. It has been over 4 years now, and the installation has stood the test of time. A couple years ago, one of the connectors on one panel went bad - 15 lightyears immediately assessed the issue, ordered the defective part under warranty - and I was back to 100% in no time. I would highly recommend their expertise and services for anyone needing solar installation - job well done 👍🏾

They hired us to do an install of media boards at some locations and never paid. Do not let them talk you into doing work for them. Very shady outfit. We even got all the appropriate PO’s.

**CONTRACTORS BEWARE**

Hired us to install a sub panel in a Dollar General since they were in a bind and did not have the capacity required to install the coolers they had getting delivered. Expedited the repair for them and communication went from prompt to nothing. Still have not paid and now working with an attorney to place a mechanics lien on the property.

Chris and his team did a great job from start to finish. Professional, detailed oriented, and navigated our Generac installation through COVID-19 state close down.

I have dealt with Chris and Elaine Cass for my Generac generator for several years. I like the fact that I am supporting a family business. Both Chris and Elaine could not be more responsive. If I have a question about anything, all I have to do is pick up the phone and call and I get an answer immediately. They treat their customers as though they are family members. They go out of their way to be helpful and responsive. The technicians are always punctual, and the service is far above average! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. In an era when so many companies do not value their customers, that is not the case with tech services Inc. They have earned my business!

We have a Generac installed by Chris many years ago, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the generator and with Chris.
