Carlos was very helpful and did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and offered recommendations for some other projects we can have completed in the future to update the electrical system in our older home.

Steve found that I needed my main breaker needed replacement which was a special order part, he had it shipped overnight and replaced it. Steve was professional and knowledable but beyond that he a pleasure to meet and speak with. During a difficult time without power meeting someone like Steve can make such a difference. Communication was spot on, I was never left wondering about the status of my repair. Outstanding customer service by both Steve and Susan in the office. Susan calmed my frustration and was a joy to speak with. These folks are wonderful and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I called and asked for an estimate on replacing an electrical panel. Steve was on time after a phone call prior, providing the window of arrival time.

Excellent service by Carlos of Super Fast Electric! Great experience from the time of the initial call with the woman at their main receiving to the quick and comprehensive service by Carlos! I had another company come out prior and was not at all happy with the service and lack of diagnosis. What a difference with Super Fast Electric! Carlos thoroughly explained everything and diagnosed the issue quickly and provided recommendations for repair, as well as recommendations dor my entire home and safety and preventative measures (like surge protection for outside panel). Very pleased! :)

I was very impressed with Carlos, my electrician at Super Fast Electric. Carlos was very patient and he explained to me the consequences of prolonging the electric work at my home. He also showed me how my outlets were wired and explained how the new wiring works. He was not a salesman trying to make a sale, but was concerned about the safety of my home. Excellent is the best word for Super Fast Electric. From Rene and Susan on the phone to the field personnel. Tyrone and Michel were very great installers. They knew exactly what I had requested to get installed and accomplished it in a very quickly and in a very professional manner. Really good guys. Then there was our initial appointment with Carlos. He was terrific. He knew to what I had requested plus took it on himself to review our existing situation. It's a new house for us and he pointed out the good and the questionable so we were aware of what we had. Carlos even called me on the install day to explain about a change in installers. There is no question the we will use Super Fast Electric in the future for all our electric need and would highly recommend them.

Carlos spent two hours with us doing an inspection going over the things we were concerned about in our home. He then did an assessment of our home as we walked through the house and he pointed out safety issues that we hadn't thought of. He gave us 9 different options for our review. We felt like he was very knowledgeable and that he went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely choose Super Fast Electric to address our issues in our home.

Carlos is amazing! if you get him you are good to go. On installation they did accidentally install the wrong wattage of what I needed, but once I called Carlos he offered to come out the same day and fix it. I should note Carlos was not my installation person he only did the quote and the fix. However his quoting process is great. Clearly listing everything out and making it easy to understand and including several options.
