Very good company always on time

Called this company on sunday, they said they would send a technician and waited for 6 hours and nobody showed up! We called other company and got our AC fixed in less than an hour! Bad customer service !

I called Rams a.c. during the weekend for a repaired at 900 pm with in an hour a technician was at my door. I recommend Rams a.c. is the best company in Miami Beach

BEWARE! I called Silvio to fix our AC. 20 days later the ac broke again. we called back for warranty but what a surprise, Silvio told us that the compressor was unable to be repaired and we needed a new unit for $,3,500. We decided to call another company for a second opinion and they were able to make the repair for $250.00 . BEWARE!! Stay Away from these unscrupulous people or you will get robbed. WORST COMPANY IN MIAMI BEACH FL

I called the company for the water leakage of A/C unit in my restaurant. They said coils were dirty and after cleaning the problem would end. 15 days later, A/C unit started to drop water again. We called them, they came and cleaned up the accumulated water and went away saying there would be no more. Unfortunately, 1 week later the problem occurred again. We called the company, but the response was unbelievable, unprofessional. The voice on the phone was saying that DO NOT CALL US AGAIN. What kind of respect and responsibility is this? İ certainly do not recommend this company.
