Sergio and his team stepped up when the competition did not. I called on Wednesday evening. Sergio booked an 8:30am appointment for the next morning. His team showed up early, and by end of day, our tenant had a working air conditioner. The fan was replaced and the board too, and happy tenant. He also took the time to answer all my questions about what was broken, why, what was next likely to break, etc. He didn’t rush me to make a decision about whether to fix the fan or replace the entire unit. He explained the options and patiently waited my response. We chose to replace the fan and board. Plus, we were able to pay with Zelle, which made things even easier. Sergio and Rams AC are now our go-to AC repair and service company in South Beach.

Mr Miranda was professional and knowledgeable. He delivered results.

Second review 2 years later. This company is great, fair priced, and very responsive. I highly recommend using Ram’s Air. I called at 9:00 am and they were there within 2 hours. Fixed the problem and answered all our questions.

Our AC began to leak, we called another company who promised to be there the next day. We took off work to be present. No one came after three phone calls that were made saying en-route and no courtesy call to say they were done for the day. At 10:30 pm, in desparation I start looking for someplace else. I called Rams Air Conditioning and they had someone come first thing in the morning. They called to confirm ahead of time, and were able to fix the issue with ease. The technition was super respectful, and we appreciate their great service. I would definately recommend giving them a call if you need a repair. Rams AC is the way to go!

They were five hours late to begin with. I called to have a tune up on my AC. The guy came, wasn't even there for 5 minutes and got multiple calls on his cell phone. He did absolutely nothing to my AC. I called to have get my AC checked, and also to possibly add a maintenance agreement. Two weeks later, my AC completely stops working. Do you think these people really "checked" and "maintained" anything?! Needless to say i did not call them once my AC broke. Pick another AC company!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! These guys make their own reviews on Google that's why they are at 4.2 stars. Had a guy come check out my AC that just needed a drainage pan clean out and they charged $185 when the cost from other trustworthy AC companies is only $80-$90 for this service. Will never use them again. Please stay away from them. The guy's name is Henry (scam artist)

Had a major malfunction of my A/C unit. Didn't know what to do so I called around looking for an A/C guy to help fix it. Called a ton of techs but out of all the techs I called a local Miami Beach Tech. They were Reliable and they were the greatest. He came over quickly and gave a really low quote to get my unit up and running.Within a day he was in, got my A/C running, and was out without a mess!

I highly recommend them!

Beware of these guys! They wanted to charge me nearly 300 to replace a capacitor. When i told them i thought it was to much and canceled, i have reason to believe they removed the caps from the freon lines and rigged the line to leak out all of my freon. When i finally got someone legit to show, it cost me 125 for the repair, plus another 120 to fill the freon from nearly empty.

These guys are lame and the beach is small. Good luck out.

Reliable came within an hour and climbed up and down a stupid, crazy ladder (bad building design) onto the roof for me. Henry had necessary parts in his truck and had my AC working again in under an hour. Wow, what a relief. I highly recommend Reliable, but personally I hope I don't see them again anytime soon.

After being given the run around by other AC companies, I decided to hire Reliable after reading your posted comments. They were on time, technician were very clean and professional and their diagnosis was right on target ( I already new the problem but did not mention it to them during their visit). Their estimate was right on target for the work needed and performed. By no pushing additional services, they have my business from here on.
