Terrible company. Henry the owner never returns our calls and just lies to us when we do get a chance to talk to him only when we call from an unknown number. Bought a new $5k AC that never worked right. Had another AC company come out to show me that they installed two different model year units and sold them as brand new to me. Told us the unit has warranty with him when we bought it, but once installed never would respond when it had problems. We are currently looking into the process of trying to get our money back but it has been a nightmare. Call them at your own risk you have been warned….

I’m not a competitor I was a customer. I have all the calls and the invoice. Since you said here for the world to see and I took a screen shot that you will replace my machine if I provide the invoice, well I have the invoice and all the calls. Let’s see if you will change my unit then? Yeah right you will you won’t even call us back. It’s a lie you go on here and respond to my review a month later. Yes I have the invoice and copy of the payment to another company and I also have all the call records. Your a liar I just call you again and you pushed me to voicemail and you never call back.

It has been a long time since I experienced such professionalism and I am happy to say it came from Reliable Air Conditioning. I had a problem with my air conditioning unit in the morning and they were my first choice and I'm glad they were. The technician came to my home promptly at the time we had arranged and proceeded to treat me with the utmost respect and courtesy all while getting my unit working again. He was done before I knew it and that was that, no more problems! Thank you to Reliable and their technicians who know just what they're doing and so kind doing it.

My old air handler was not working and Yandry at Reliable came over, flushed the coil and bled the freon which had too much pressure and got the system working again. Very nice and helpful people. My unit will need replacing soon and I will definitely be having Reliable do the job. Very impressed!

Henry is the man! Reliable A/C? Definitely!

We were shocked when we called in and they said they could have someone here in 45 minutes. And he showed up on time! That never happens in Miami!

We had been calling another company every few months to fix our leaky in-unit closet A/C. They must've loved our business so much that they never told us you could flush the drain so it wouldn't happen again for a year!

After speaking with another local air conditioning repair company overnight who did not inspire confidence, I found Reliable via Google this morning. Although their hours say open at 7am and I was able to obtain access to my building before 9am, the technician did not arrive until 9:15am. Nevertheless, it's now 9:45am, my air conditioner is working, prices are reasonable and the technician could not have been nicer. I am a very pleased customer.

Oh, and I'm still awaiting a return call this morning from the other company with whom I had spoken overnight...

Reliable Air is one of the most professional, honest, and thorough AC service teams I've ever experienced. They are experts in their field always knowledgable and confidant in their approach. They are relentless at fixing your issues and always educate you in the process, offering helpful tricks to maximize your repair.

My initial interaction with Reliable Air was one very hot evening when my apartment AC decided to break down. Our daughter at the time was under a year old and we were worried that the heat was too much to bare, so we looked for a late night AC repair service that would help us solve the issue ASAP. When we called, Henry picked up very quickly and was extremely professional. He arrived a few minutes after our call, fixed the issue, and walked me through how to best prevent it in the future. The visit was quick, effective, and the cost was very reasonable for a late night call.

Our AC had another issue most recently (different from what Reliable Air had addressed before) and I had no doubt that Reliable Air was the first we would call. We called up during regular work hours and reached Henry once again. He was equally as professional on the phone and, based on our discussion, already had some idea of what the issue was. When he arrived he walked us through his thought process of what the issue was and how it may have occurred. We quickly realized that the unit needed a more in depth repair (an acid flush of the coils) and he quickly sent out a team of experts to deal with the issue the next day. The fix worked yet again!

I highly recommend these guys to anyone that is in need of a 'Reliable' AC repair man. You will not be disappointed and your repair will be done correctly.

I called Reliable after hours when I was having trouble with my AC and furnace unit. After a few quick minutes of talking through the symptoms, the technician knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve the problem. He talked me though fixing the issue over the phone and literally had me up and running in 20 minutes, no charge! Other companies would have insisted on coming out and charging an expensive service call. This company is one of the great ones and I would highly recommend them.

I used Reliable for AC servicing and my AC unit died after about 10 years - compressor on roof top in South Beach so I can’t complain.
Henry is the owner and he beat another company’s price by far! He and his team are impressive - on time, no complications and did an amazing job. It is very hard to recommend AC companies but Henry and his team go above and beyond to exceed customer satisfaction!

The AC broke in one of my rental properties and I needed a new AC company as the one that I dealt with previously was unreasonable in terms of pricing. I googled best AC company in South Beach area and found Reliable Air Conditioning. It was late at night and the owner answered my call and was ready to go and do the repair but we scheduled it for the morning after. They were punctual and assessed the problem and did the repair work promptly and had the AC up and running with no issues. They were fair and reasonable in terms of pricing and I will be using them going forward. I am very impressed and I highly recommend them.

This company does not have any sense of customer service. They take advantage of emergency situation to charge homeowners more and if you question it you get extremely rude response from Henry the owner. I would suggest anyone in an emergency situation or in need of maintenance of a unit to contact two other companies to compare with reliable prices as I got quote from another company for the similar service almost half the price reliable quoted me.

As good as it gets! My AC stopped working ON A SUNDAY, and a neighbor recommended Reliable AC, having just had a recently positive experience. I called and they arrived within the hour! The gentlemen were kind, quick, and fixed my AC within minutes. I was really impressed by the service. Afterwards, I asked to be emailed a service receipt, and Henry was kind enough to send it to me the same day! I highly recommend this business.

I called Reliable Air Conditioning because my AC unit was broken and I needed to make an appointment. They were able to send a technician to my apartment within 2 hours on a Saturday night to diagnose the problem. He was so kind and able to replace a broken part and fix my unit within 30 minutes on the spot. The price was very reasonable and the service was incredible. I will absolutely use Reliable Air Conditioning in the future and I recommend that anyone else do the same!

These guys are real life savers! My air conditioner stopped working and they came out after a little while to help me out. They were done incredibly quickly and everything was good as new.
