I've called Reliable AC to work on my houses and the church AC units.
Action speaks louder than words, Reliable AC is "Reliable" professional, friendly and knowledgeable. And most of all, their prices are reasonable.
Thank you Ivan and my friend ( I forgot his name) but nonetheless I appreciate your time and patience with answering my questions and concerns.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. AC unit at my place was on the fritz. First guys comes out doesn't look at half of the issues and tells us we need a brand new condenser ($2400) later. They change the unit but still don't look at half the problems (leaks and drainage out of the unit). They hand me a shop vac to drain water myself. Less than 24 hours later the problem is still there. Call him back he says he will be there at 4:30 then 5:30 then a series of "I'm on my way" only to have stop answering calls and showing up after 10:30pm! Service is terrible. Save your money call someone else!

We scheduled an appointment and the technicians showed up and said they can get the part replaced. The next day they said they are not sure the job can be done but they are sending a different crew to check on the issue. Without any prior notice the technician showed up at our place. When we mentioned we needed ten minutes to get home, he rudely said they can’t do the job, find somebody else and hung up the phone.

Henri was amazing! He answered my call ASAP and came on a Sunday to fix my air conditioner. His prices are excellent, he is professional and I highly recommend him and his company!!

Henry came on a Sunday and replaced our AC fan motor. He had fair pricing and worked quickly and professionally and completed the job in an hour. I had dealt with other companies who weren't sure if they would have the motor I needed and still wanted to charge me to come out and "take a look" even though I already knew what the problem was. Miami Ice quoted me double what Henry charged because they wanted to add on a bunch of fees for coming on a Sunday and changing unnecessary parts. Stick with Henry!

I highly recommend this company and great team. I've had many of their techs do service work for me in the past. Very experienced and trust worthy. The owner has become a friend and has always helped and responded in emergencies. If you live in the Brickell, Downtown, and South Beach area, this is the company to call.

Our AC was blowing air but it was not cold. Not good when the inside temp gets to 81. My husband found Reliable Air Conditioning online and called them. They were here in an hour. Very quick, professional and reliable. Great name for them!

We've had problems with our home AC cooling and had a local AC repair company over to diagnose the malfunction. They said we needed a whole new AC unit installed ($3500). To be cautious we got a 2nd opinion, this time from Reliable and we were told there was nothing wrong with the unit, only with the air handler leaking Freon, which is a lot less serious and was on warranty. We learned from Reliable's repairman, Henry, that there are many unscrupulous AC repair companies around nowadays that intentionally try to sell the client something expensive they don't need, when only a simple repair is warranted, and they are paid a commission for the scam by the owner of the company. So be careful, get a 2nd opinion and, from our experience, trust the honesty of Reliable.

My AC broke down and the first company to inspect told me it all needed replacing and asked for 4,800 USD plus tax - the second company after inspection asked for 3.500 plus tax. At that point Henry's team arrived -the AC was back on within 20 mins and it cost 250 bucks.- it was burnt out cables- i was shiocked when they had teh AC back on after being told the entire unit was toast a few hours before, I have only ever used Henry previously in the last 10 years in both my appartments on the beach and it was my mistake to have called others i should have just waited until he called back - you can trust this company 100% to always give you the truth about what is actually wrong. Don't replace a unit until Henry tells you it needs replacing.

My tenant called for a service call December 2022 in South Beach while I was in Canada. Over-the-phone the technician told me I required a new capacitor along with a coil cleaning for $400, I accepted. It just broke again less than a month later while I was in town. Upon opening the outdoor unit it became immediately apparent that neither capacitor was replaced. I know this because the capacitors matched all my neighbors which were original. Dont deal with this company unless you are physically present to oversee the work because they are not trustworthy.

Broken AC is fixed and compressor changed in the house within 3 hours from my initial call. However, at the end they wanted to charge $282 for the installation of a thermostat after I paid $3400 for the compressor etc, which was pretty disappointing. I don’t even know if the compressor was even broken after this.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Maybe the company has now been sold, but I have a completely different experience to other reviews. It is MARCH 2016. They replaced a unit for me in August 2015 and said labor and parts were guaranteed for a year. They also told me that while the original quote was for both an AC and air handler, I didn't need a new air handler. That was wrong. They refuse to remedy what seems to be a timing issue between the very old air handler and the new AC, which their technician just indicated. Irrespective of this, the price they charged me for replacement was basically double, they come 6 hours late and do not call until after the time booked and are generally argumentative. There are so many other companies. GO ELSEWHERE and avoid my headache. Good luck.

This company just saved my life! Our AC stopped working on a Saturday night and we spent a miserable night with open windows and a barely functional ceiling fan. I am in Barcelona Spain but have an apt. on S.Beach. Friday my renter notified me that the AC was not working. I called Reliable and spoke with Henri. He came out next day (Sat. all day) and changed the motor of the AC. So incredibly happy to get such quick service and at the same time being able to handle it with him so far away. During the weekend(when you can't find any body to work) owner Henry Munoz personally and his team went out of their way to finish the work. I highly recommend this company and great team. I've had tried many companies in past for my business and never been able to fix the problems permanently or find trust worthy people. Now I found this awesome people "TRUST ME" they are punctual, accurate, very professional and affordable. The owner of the company Henry Munoz and his team is the best in South Florida.

They got here fast (about 3 hours from calling). Also punctual. Very friendly. Needed a new capacitor and hard start kit. Value was good for this service (based on national average). Inspected rest of system and flushed evap drain. Checked refrigerant. All-in-all I was very satisfied. Would definitely use again.
