Aside from doing an outstanding job, what stood out to me most was the quality of the people that make up Al's (the owner) team. I clearly have no idea about plumbing, but as a Latin woman, I tend to be quite demanding. Al personally took it upon himself to hand-hold me through various calls and explanations on what needed to be done to accomplish the result I wanted, and to guide me through how they were going to do it and why it couldn't and shouldn't be done any other way. Very kindly but firmly, Al and his team guided my work to follow city guidelines and made sure everything done was always up to code to avoid any challenges for me in the future.

His team was incredibly responsive, available, and went above and beyond to even recommend the type of fixtures or toilet I needed to purchase to save me from future expensive, difficult repairs.
