they were very prompt to come and begin service in my apartment. however they did not solve my problem and nevertheless I paid the diagnostic fee. Lastly, they promised to send me an emailed report within a day or day and a half and failed to do so. Today is day three and there's no report so I'm not happy overall with their service.

I had a backup from a clogged pipe. Medina and Jeffrey were teriffic in dealing with the problem and could not have been more professional. They are a significant credit to your company.

Our small condo association in Miami Beach had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter’s Miami branch, largely thanks to Felipe. After another plumber from a different company had snaked our main line and removed what we thought was the blockage, we called Roto-Rooter to perform a camera inspection just to be sure everything was clear. Felipe used the camera to identify two additional blockages that had not been addressed.

Based on what Felipe found, we proceeded with hydro jetting, and the team was able to fully clear the 150-foot main line. Felipe spent several hours on site making sure the issue was properly diagnosed and resolved. He took the time to explain what he was seeing in the line and made sure we understood the situation before moving forward. Throughout the process, Felipe was extremely responsive by phone and text, even outside normal hours. He was professional, courteous, and clearly committed to making sure the job was done right.

We highly recommend the Roto-Rooter Miami branch, and especially Felipe, for anyone dealing with sewer line issues. Their thorough approach and follow-through made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

Carlos and Isley did a great job on unclogging my toilet and shower. Water was coming from underneath the toilet and the water wouldn't go down the drain from the shower either. They used a snake to unclog the pipes and it worked out. Toilet and shower were functional again. Highly recommend and very professional!
