The plumber they sent did shoddy work throughout the project, creating a massive mess that required us to hire outside contractors to try and fix it. After two failed attempts, we were referred to Empire Plumbing by our HVAC team. I’ll admit, I was hesitant to trust another group after everything we had been through, but I am beyond thankful I made the call to Al.

Jose Rodrigo and Luis replaced the wax ring to a toilet. They showed me how the original plumber had cut corners by double-waxing the ring rather than adding a flange to lift the ring to the proper level. ( I had bought the condo with the toilet already installed.) They had a flange with them and installed it with a new single wax ring. They also noticed that the faucet in the bathroom was loose and tightened it at no charge. They left the bathroom spotless. Another example if why I have been using Empire Plumbing for 20+ years.

Maybe one star is much more than I would rate them but it’s the only way to rate them. I was recommended to this plumbing company by my property manager for service needed in my kitchen. I call on October 19, was told I would get a call back but no one called. Call Friday morning around 8:30 am, reception told me someone would come provide service last 4ish afternoon on October 20 but no one showed up. Called them around 5:20 pm same day. New receptionist said someone would reach out to me. Received a call back within 20 minutes offering to have a tech come out the next day early morning. Waste my time two time. Poor customer service. Unreliable.
