Roto Rooter has been phenomenal. Claudia and Sergio in particular have been a joy to work with. Everyone I have worked with at Roto Rooter has been kind, professional, and taken extra steps to explain the process to me during a hard time (after a huge leak was detected at my newly remodeled home).

Leandro did an outstanding job replacing the bath tub faucet. I’ve used Roto-Rooter since 2003 always the best done right the first time.

Very quick and professional service. And their staff Austin and Joseph worked hard on my kitchen clogged sink, had to run the snake a couple times to make sure it is unclogged, and they even gave me good advice how to modify my sink pipes and how to install the washer and dryer. They are best plumbers I have ever seen, highly recommended if you have any plumbing issues.

Today Isnaudi was very helpful he handle the situation with care and concern. He made sure everything was back to normal before leaving. The supervisor had to come Jean Vincent and both were amazing and insightful. The job got done in a timely matter. Thank you again always an exceptional job.

mysterious and Gabriel (7785) fully explained our options and gave great service. He was personable, did good work and made sure we were happy with the results.

Moises and Michael did an excellent job replacing our water heater. They were both professional and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with their job performance, it was timely and done correctly.

Gabriel #7775 was exceptional as he repaired a leaking spigot behind my home. Very professional, very polite, very honest and efficient. I anticipated an entire spigot replacement which would have been far more expensive. Instead, he made an adjustment with a wrench as opposed to selling me on a more costly fix. Honest as the day is long!

I called Root-Rooter to explain a noise I was hearing in my sink pipe, and the technician Leonardo explained the source. His supervisor Ruel also performed a test to ensure there was no mold under the wood, and everything was fine. I’m very satisfied with the service.

Paid $150 to change a small piece and couldnt fix.
He wanted to charge me initally $477.00.
When I called the day before they told me that the diagnosis would been free and only charge for the repair. He said that the diagnostic was always $185.00

Great experience with this company. I had a clogged pipe causing a nightmare at home. Leandro showed up and diagnosed the problem. Moises from Roto-Rooter did an EXCELLENT job replacing all the cartridges and valves in my shower, in order to stop a leak that had been troubling me for months. Moises was extremely professional, cordial, punctual, and efficient. The price charged was also very reasonable. The plumbing repair person was very patient along with their office in accommodating the requirements of documents for entering the building prior to any work.

It was a little bit expensive, but they were able to fix my kitchen sink pipe from leaking… We’re definitely recommend for a professional job and would definitely use them again.
