Gabriel (Gabriel 7785) was excellent! He did a great job and was additionally, a very nice person, detail oriented, and very professional.

Jordan was awesome. He explained everything to me very well and succeeded in replacing my diverter. I tried three times myself and it was stuck. I couldn’t get it. I’m happy I called Roto Rooter and Jordan came to the rescue.

I do think the service is overpriced (not Jordan’s fault) but sometimes you have to pay more for a trusted plumber. I am happy I did. Thank you!

Yosniel provided great service to quickly unclog a difficult kitchen disposal clog. He identified the issue and let me know what to do to prevent future clogs. Additionally, Yosniel provided a generous warranty.

However, for the price (nearly $600), I would have expected the technician to clean up the standing water under the sink after the repair was complete. I had to spend an hour cleaning up afterwards.

I would recommend Roto Rooter and especially Yosniel to anyone in need of plumbing service. While expensive, Yosniel provided a quote before beginning the work so the bill was not a surprise.

What started out as a nightmare at 550am turned into a pleasant and professional experience. Long story short, a water connection hose on a brand new appliance installed 9 days ago broke and started to flooded my house. Using the emergency hotline, Roto Rooter sent Richard - 6577 out to conduct the inspection. He quickly identified the problem and explained what needed to happen to prevent anymore water damage. You never met honest plumbers anymore and he was one time and efficient. He even stayed on location to monitor the situation until water restoration services came out. I then met a GODSEND named Claudia Ortega. She conducted the water restoration inspection and clearly explained the dryout process. She was extremely thorough and went through every room to ensure that when the dry out team came out they completed the job. Her personality and expertise calmed my nerves and for a moment I forgot that I had a massive leak in my house just hours ago. The dry out team Darniel and Guillermo had a tough job ahead of them but they tackled the task with ease. From removing the carpet, meticulously placing the tubes for the dry out, to explaining every step, they rocked it! I am a new homeowner and for this to be the first issue I have had with the house, this Roto Rooter team made all the difference. I applaud this team and their customer service. I hope whomever sees this, please forward this to corporate and I hope they can be rewarded for a collective job well done.

Gabriel 7785 was very professional and thorough in resolving my kitchen sink clog. He came out promptly on a Sunday afternoon.

They are awesome! I had a leak in the wall. I called early in the morning and was told they would be there between 8-10. Both Scott and Michael were very professional and polite. The quality of the job is excellent. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
