Needed a plumber in a rush to fix a water heater. Nikolay at AAA said he be there in two hours, which he beat. He assessed the broken water heater, discussed options and made recommendations. He went and picked up a new one and had it installed by end of the day. He helped with another small plumbing problem, great conversationalist. He cleaned up spotlessly and carted the old tank away. I’d recommend him anytime. Thank you!

I found Eli on Google. I needed a plumber for my Miami apartment and I needed someone ASAP…. He came right away and disconnected the bathroom and kitchen sinks. After the marble countertops were installed he came back right away he replacing all valves, he installed new kitchen and bathroom faucets and drains, he did an amazing job worked endless hours to get me done. Much appreciated!!! I would highly recommend him very honest and gets the job done honestly and fair priced.

AAA plumbing Nikolai installed a toilet for us perfectly. It was a challenging installation as the rough-in distance from the wall was only 8 inches and had to be moved to standard. Nikolai is very thorough and puts an honor in doing his work with excellence. I can recommend him and will use him again without hesitation!

Great service!! We had 16 girls and 2 bathrooms and he came at 9 pm to fix our bathroom as soon as he was available!! We are so thankful for him! He was also very clean and professional. He took his shoes off before coming in and had his gloves and tools ready.

This plumbing company is extremely professional and responsive. I called and quickly received a response and a visit to my home to assess the problem. He made great product recommendations. He installed the new part in my bathroom (a faucet) and it looks highly professionally done. He made himself available on a weekend to perform the repair. Due to a mistake I made, the original faucet I purchased from the hardware store was defective. The plumber made an extra trip to my home on a Sunday to install the correct faucet. Would highly recommend.

My toilet would not stop running or flush properly. The water was constantly running. I messaged AAA plumbing services and they responded immediately! I was told to text a video of my issue, so the problem could be diagnosed. AAA plumbing arrived at my home within the two hour time frame that I was quoted. They were professional, kind, affordable and explained in detail of the work that needed to be done. The toilet needed a new flusher handle and flapper. Good quality honest company! I would definitely recommend to the Miami area.

We called AAA Plumbing & Rooter Service because we had a water leak in our toilet water supply line but could not tell exactly where the leak was. The call was an emergency call after hours. Shutting of the water shut off valve did not stop the leak and we could not leave it leaking overnight. They responded right away and said they would be here in 20 minutes. They showed up right away. After replacing the water line and the water shut off valve he determined that the leak was just beyond the valve, in the PVC pipe extending into the wall. He cut the pipe at the crack and said I would need a special shut off valve connector. After installing the new valve the leak stopped and we can use our toilet again. AAA Plumbing & Rooter Service was very professional, we were very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to fix any plumbing problems they may have.

Had my toilet emergency valve break around 11pm at night and Nikoli was a lifesaver in helping me troubleshoot and manage the situation over the phone and Facetime until he could arrive early the next morning. He managed to fix it quickly and efficiently upon arrival. I’d highly recommend his work.

Great service! Called AAA Plumbing about a toilet that was not working, Nikolay came several hours later to see what the problem was. Said he needed to get a part, next day he texted that he had the part to fix it and came to house and fixed right away.

I had a problem with my dishwasher, but Eli and the team walked me through my repair options. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. They took the time to discover the issue then recommended I replace my valves. They helped me do product research on Amazon so I could order the product, then said they’d help again if I needed them to install the valves. I would definitely work with them again!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and Nikolay fixed it quickly and efficiently. He attended to my issue right away, was available the same day to check it out, gave me a fair quote and was communicative the whole way through. He explained that the p trap needing to be fixed and described the difference of pvc compared to metal and was truly helpful. He also used a snake to unclog the drain. It's hard to find a good and honest plumber and I'm happy we found one.
