Terrible service over the phone sales suck

the place is a rip off charged me $6.90 for a t8 4ft light bulb that I pay $2.00 at all other supply house's will never go back there counter guy was useless didn't know what he was doing and service very slow I guess they don't like repeat business by the way I will never order your light fixtures from any other supply houses

The worst customer service ever I come in at 4:23 minutes and they're already told me they close off that I getting the try to help me but after that time I ask for something else that The time Italain and get a ready cause I cannot do it I can't help anymore this is so stupid white wrong guy old with Abet attitude this guy it's wrong to be here I was taught to spend $150 because of that guy I did not by any think what a shame shame on you I don't know who's the manager pain people without watching them screw this place

Horrible customer service. I asked how many gallons per minute the pump i was trying to buy pumped and the representative told me he wasn’t going upstairs to check on that. Absolutely unacceptable will not be returning to this place ever agin.

I HAD BEEN BUYING ALL KINDS OF THINGS FROM AMERICAN FOR LAST 30 TO 40 YEARS, THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS READY TO HELP. I PICK UP ALL THINGS AT THE BACK AND THEY HAVE GOOD HELP THERE TOO. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY SOME PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING AND FINALLY PRICES ARE FAIR.

This is not a plumbing supply shop, or a bunch of guys doing roto rooter
This is an amazing supply house if they dont have it good luck, from oven mitts to caulking, lamps, leds, the list in enormous, more then Home Depot, Lowes, or Wilmar, not for the lay person, more for the building and property management professional, been using now for almost a decade

Unbelievable and rude. I called for a part, they said they had it. Of course they didn't. The instant I mentioned that I called yesterday they stopped talking to me and started YELLING to get out of the store and then something about scratching my balls.

Never go there.

I'm definitely suggest to do not going there few times been there just trouble with different matters... 👎👎
