Noel Hernandez was extremely professional and approachable. He was focused and tidy and although the sink installation took longer than expected, Noel did not let it affect his temperament or work.
I would gladly welcome him back to address any future issues.

I had an air conditioning issue at my home on Meridian ave in Miami Beach. Found sunny bliss plumbing & air on google. I chose them for their reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. They showed up on time and were very professional from the staff over the phone to the uniformed technicians. I signed up now for their maintenance plan and will be using them for all my plumbing and AC needs. Since using them the first time, I called them for a toilet repair at my rental and a water heater installation.

Great experience with Noel. I not kidding when I say it was a challenge finding experienced person who previously had experience with tankless non electric bidet toilet. Fortunately, I found Sunny Bliss who did have experienced person. Noel was professional, efficient in the installation. He left my bathroom spotless and took old toilet. The fee was pricey but compared worth the seamless work. I recommend this vendor.

Amazing experience!!! I have gone through many companies and this one definitely beats them all by far. They were well recommended by neighbors. The employee who came has been working there many years and knew exactly what he was talking about and did an awesome job. I got the yearly maintenance plan after their visit because I really liked them. I recommend them to everyone.

Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air was a bit expensive, but they came out the same day I called for an assessment of a leak. Tommy, the plumber who came out, was very thorough and helpful. He documented everything from start to finish and explained the process clearly.

Sunny Bliss and their staff have been extra helpful with my understanding of the process to get corroded pipes fixed within my condominium association. They advised me, were not pushy, provided all requisite documents that I needed to provide to my condo association, and truly listened to my concerns. The staff has been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this company.

Jose Ayala was great. Came on time and figured out was wrong with my AC unit very fast. Replaced a fuse and wire in under an hour. Would definitely recommend using them if you need help with your AC.

Frankly one of the best plumbing and air conditioning companies in town. They do two things very well: pick up the phone in a friendly and professional tone, and they send experienced techs. They helped repair my condo air conditioning in a short time. They continue help push the unit to last longer through their air conditioning plan. Amazing company with strong and involved ownership.

He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right the first time. It’s not easy finding someone reliable these days, but Noel went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be calling this company again and asking for him if I need more plumbing work done!

I’m very disappointed with this air conditioning company. What should have been a straightforward warranty replacement turned into an overpriced service bill. The failed part was covered under warranty, yet I was still charged an excessive amount for labor and related “services” that were never clearly explained upfront.

At no point was I told that a warranty repair would cost nearly as much as a non-warranty repair. The pricing felt misleading, and only after the work was completed did I realize how much I had been overcharged. This left me feeling taken advantage of rather than helped.

Warranty coverage should provide peace of mind, not surprise charges. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and questioning every line item before agreeing to service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I booked my A/C service for maintenance, and my experience with Sunny Bliss Plumbing was 5-star. The company is very well organized, they make a point of providing updates before arriving, and their employees are knowledgeable and professional. I was amazed by José Ayala, the A/C technician, who demonstrated the utmost care in providing exceptional service. He came alone and fearlessly climbed onto the roof (two stories high using the ladder he brought in his truck). He took the time necessary to leave the equipment as good as new. I will continue using SBP's service and I recommend them, confident that they will do a good job.GB

What a wonderful company first of all I want to give a shout out to David Q, the manager, he has not only a fantastic voice better than any AI bot 🤖, I have had the chance to talk with. He was attentive, wonderful and understandable. I am sure the rest of their service is absolutely excellent. All I have had was a plumbing inspection, but that went very well. It was quick and great customer service. In this day and age, David’s customer service, was great. Most likely if I have a real issue call them first. They’re close by and they answer their phone. No complicated menu systems. I have to also say that the person I’ve spoke to first was also very good. However, he directed me to David, who then took care of me. All in all, one of the better experiences I have had with Customer Service and with companies in Miami Beach. I might add their on hold music was delightful. It was an ambient sound not distracting, allowing me to do other things while I waited for Customer Service, which was just a short while, but the time passed quickly. The music was not distracting and no voice distracting me trying to sell me services. I really enjoyed this company. I’m looking forward not to having a problem, but if I do, I know who to call!

I called Sunny Bliss because I had had a very good experience with them a couple of months ago. This time was really different. I had bought a ballcock at Home Depot to replace a worn out one. I’m 81 years old without the mobility required to install the new one. So I called Sunny Bliss. A pleasant young man came out and put in the new ballcock. And we were charged almost $400 for this simple repair. I can only imagine what the charge would be for a plumbing problem of any complexity. Next time if I can’t do it myself I’ll find a handyman

Leo Rivero did a great job in removing the old toilet and replacing it with a new one. Also removing and replacing the tub's hot and cold fixtures. He was efficient, organized, neat and clean in his service. Very professional and timely in his work
