David Quintana was prompt in answering my call and giving several different quotes. He answered all my daily questions with knowledge and patience. Could not recommended a more qualified sales manger. The installation was very professional and immaculate afterwards. Juan Carlos Armas was informative on site during the process. The air is working very well with no complaints. They even sent a picture of manager beforehand so I would identify him @ my house. Very professional company and employee’s.

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and took the time to explain what was going on with my AC. Everything was fixed quickly and works perfectly now. I had a fantastic experience with Sunny Bliss! Rosmell and Arian came to our house to fix our air conditioning units, and they were absolute professionals. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything running perfectly in no time. It’s rare to find technicians who are this efficient, polite, and clean with their work. If you need AC service, definitely ask for Rosmell and Arian. Highly recommended

The technician arrived on time and was able to resolve the issue with the a/c very quickly. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Very service oriented. I would definitely recommend for all a/c needs.

We needed to replace an old drip pan that was rusted and leaking. Yasmany the technician was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and answered all questions. It was an uncomfortable job for him because our AC unit is in a small cubby in the ceiling. He never complained. I would have given 5 stars, but I had to call Sunny Bliss several times to find out about delays. It would have been better if they would have reached out to me first. Nevertheless, I will use them in the future. Their estimate was detailed and clear. They didn't try to tack on any extra fees.
