He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my refrigerator, explaining everything clearly along the way. Manny is very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He was able to schedule my repair the same day as requested. He found the issue immediately, fixed it and charged me a very reasonable sum. I had done my own trouble shooting and was almost certain the problem had to do with a faulty lid switch. I told him to please bring the part - which he did. But it turns out I was wrong and the fix was much easier and much, much less expensive. He could have replaced the switch and charged me twice as much and I wouldn't have known the difference - lol. But he was honest and in Miami that's worth its weight in gold.

Issac was fantastic! he arrived on time, he was professional, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He got my refrigerator back up and running. I really appreciate his attention to detail and clear communication throughout the process. He treated me like family. Isaac and his team are amazing! I called for a diagnostic on two issues (fridge and microwave). They were able to give me a same day appointment, ordered parts for me on the same day, came back to fix one appliance and replace the other all the same week. Fast, responsive, reliable - that’s all you can ask for with getting services like this done in your home. 10/10, I recommend!!!

On December 31st a tech came out gave us a quote and had my mom to pay a 50% deposit that is supposed to cover the cost of the part. It been over 3 weeks now they dont answer dont communicate. Told us the part was supposed to be delivered between the 14 and the 16 and we havent heard anything from them and they are not responsing to any of our communications efforts. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY! I will be reporting this company to the bbb and beyond.
