My dryer would run like normal but clothes came out damp. I thought it was the vent but it ended up being the heating element. The repair guy had it fixed in about an hour. Works perfectly now and I didn’t even need to replace the whole unit.

Excellent response even the day after the Christmas weekend. My wife woke up this morning only to find the washing machine was not working. My name is martin dominguez after having problems with my washer I contacted this people seriously super professionals they help me trough the master reset over the phone fixed my problem and for free they refuse to charge me for the service unheard now a day’s the best of the best highly recommended

They scam you for $65. They have no intention of providing service, they solely want the "consultation fee". Showed up to the house, said that the repair of the machine would cost more than buying a new one.
A week later, an A/C repair man came and fixed the machine completely. Not only was the diagnosis wrong, but the solution to the diagnosis was also wrong. Strongly advise not using this company, they were also rude to the people in the house. Stay away.

Edit: I saw the response below. No jimmy, it was you specifically. You are the one who went to the house and charged me $65. The tenants specifically said it was you who was rude to them. The phone number you said below is the exact same number I have saved in my phone. “No vale la pena” I believe was the exact quote, and yes it was not an AC repair. It was a washing/dryer machine combo, but the AC repairman was actually interested in solving the problem unlike you. You not only misdiagnosed the problem but then didn’t try to fix it. You took your money and left. Don’t lie on your Google reviews.

I had an issue with the dryer. Miami Appliance Repair sourced the necessary part in 2 days, despite low inventory in just about everything nationally. Arrived on time on the third day to repair the washer. Quick and professional. Good communication.

I called Jimmy late Sunday night to tell him our ice machine was broken. He showed up the next day with parts and repaired it. He is a very honest and sweet man . I recommend him 100% percent. I will use him for anything that needs repair in my house. Top quality work at a reasonable price. He communicates everything thru phone and text. Super professional and knowledgable. Call him! What an incredible company. The owner himself took the time to over the phone to troubleshoot with me what may be wrong with my stove/oven. Other companies where charging 89 dollars just to come and then tell me what I got in a 10 minute conversation with Miami Appliance Repair. Miami Appliance Repair answered my phone call quickly and through text I was able to share photos and videos of the issue I was experiencing. They advised me that the cost of repair of the problem was likely to cost more than the value of the washing machine itself, and that I could likely replace it for less cost than the repairs would cost. They offered to come out anyway if I wanted it replaced, regardless. Based on that advice I have decided to replace the unit; I appreciate their honest feedback and the 'free' advice they provided over the phone, which they of course did not have to do. Thank you

I called Jimmy and explained my issue with my icemaker and within 10 minutes he had sent me the correct model number of the part I needed. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and helpful I would recommend anyone having an issue with their appliances to call them and you will not be disappointed!
