Ghastly Awful Experience. Two techs arrived today who removed stacked dryer then put it back misaligning it highly dangerous situation. The Itech tech “ Shaw” refused to return to align it despite the obvious unstable tilt and risk to me. First denies he did it . Says “ you did it !” which is absurd as I barely weigh 92 pounds and can barely lift 2 pound weights much less slide a heavy dryer which requires two men to move. The improper conduct as well as the dangerous irregular work performed by Itech ‘s technician SHAW is significant ! Avoid doing business with ITECH Appliances and Shaw in particular due to his untrustworthy and irresponsible business practices! He leaves my house with dryer tipping over , step stool not put back and refuses to fix claiming I moved his dryer into the tip over position!!!! Childish stuff and bad business practice!

Horrible service to fix a refrigerator issue , not professional trying to charge me more then half of a new refrigerator price decided to just buy a new fridge ... bunch of scum.bags if you ask me proceed with caution with these clowns 🤡 "" don't try to play it off like this is a fake review that just shows how unhonest you are I got proof will post paper work and estimate dont play clown games with me !!!

Dylan was incredible; and we had an issue getting the dishwasher pulled out and he fixed the issue and was SO helpful, professional, and kind...it was a fabulous experience and I saved the number in my phone for the future!!

I don't know how LG has this repair service on their list. It is as unacceptable a service as I ever came across. I reported this to LG. They sent their own technician who did a superb job. He replaced the parts that needed replacement. I tech has misdiagnosed the problem and it shows their ignorance. Stay away

So i called this place because my lg fridge was acting weird. They send a “tech” that tells me that for all the issues (water leaking, ice Machine not working appropriately) i had to change one piece in the door that was 500$... its a $2000 fridge so i agreed. After the changed the piece, only one issue out of 3 was fixed. And now the ice machine was making a weird noise. The “tech” that was there, just called his boss and told me that now i needed to buy the ice machine NEW! And it would be another $400... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I tried to contact them so they can either help me repair the problem or send somebody that really know what was happening, and they never got back to me. I tried at leas to get a partial refund... nobody answered... interesting how to still people money you are available, bit when you have an issue you are just not responding... very unprofessional. This ppl will not help u repair ur appliances, they will change the most expensive piece possible and charge you for it!

I've used these guys for the last 3 years and they arew the best in the business in Miami. Hard to find anyone to do anything in Miami thats half way decent. Call Shaw he goes above and beyond every time - definetly recommended.

I called iTech on Friday because the other company I had contacted, Pulse, never showed up. iTech sent a technician. Michael, within an hour. He was gracious, competent, and thorough. He explained everything in understandable terms. We ended up buying a new fridge because the compressor had gone in the 15 year old one. iTech will be our go to appliance repair company. Honesty and reliability are paramount in my book. KUDOS to Michael an iTech!!!!!!!!

We had our refrigerator repaired about one month ago. The refrigerator is still working. That is the good news. We were charged for a part that was never used. The cost for that part was $125.00. We we told that we would get a refund for the cost of the part. To date, we are still waiting to hear about the refund. When an employee says that you will get a refund you should get a refund. I have kept the text messages. 😟
