I called seven companies for service to Miami Beach about a refrigerator that suddenly stopped working. The ones who answered the phone were not able to get here in less than a week, while others took many hours to return the call. Nora at iTech was able to accommodate me quickly, and was able to provide correct insurance needed by my building. The support tech, Shaw is extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They helped with evaluating and confirming the warranty coverage, and let me know the plan for repair as soon as it was approved. I couldn’t ask for a better experience during a stressful situation.

I was surprised and happy to find such a professional company down here. They were nice on the phone. The called and texted me before they arrived (on time!) The 2 techs were smart and friendly. Fixed my refrigerator leak in an hour. Even cleaned up after the work. Very impressed with this company and the guys who came out.

We have called iTech twice now for repairs. First to our washing machine and second to our ice maker. Both times Shaw has been absolutely incredible. Very knowledgeable about the industry and how the machines work. Shows up on time, is very professional and personable. You will not regret calling his company to get service done. Shaw did not know how to do the job. Kept on lying about the wrong size, wrong doors, anything he could possiblu come up with. It was obvious to me that he did not know how to install my panels. When I called the company, the receptionist was extremly rude, demaded that I pay $150 for their research to learn how to do their job. Stay away, they are scammers !!!
