Alex did a great job setting us back up. He cleaned and maintenanced the dryer and replaced our heating element. He was effective and polite.

Two months ago I called to get my refrigerator fixed. For starters the technician that came in had an attitude and didn’t want to tell us what was wrong with the refrigerator and started arguing with me about it. Secondly, the fix was $600 and not even less than a month it broke again after we paid those $600. We called again since supposedly we had guarantee for refrigerator service and apparently it was not true and non the less it was also paid for. I asked for the manger and it wasn’t around immediately and he was able to get back to me, he was no help and decided to just send the technician for him just to look and never come back. This has been terrible service and if you’re looking to get your appliances fixed, here is NOT the place to do so. Lost time & money for nothing.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with UltraFix.

Our dishwasher stopped working on Memorial Day and we didn't know if anywhere would be open to help. We called UltraFix and they had a technician, Khalid S, out to us within a few hours of our call!

Khalid was so friendly and professional. He quickly identified the issue with our dishwasher and was able to clearly explain it to us. He had the dishwasher working again so quickly!! The pricing was very reasonable and transparent as well.

We already texted our family members in the area to let them know to add UltraFix to our running list of great vendors for various needs.

We will absolutely use them again if we have another appliance issue and would highly recommend them!

Excellent service, from scheduling the appointment to having our new ice maker installed. Ray was great. He arrived during the window promised and diagnosed the issue of our broken ice maker. Since he had to order the part, he had to come back again about a week later, but he did come on a Saturday which was great for us. We will definitely use UltraFix again if needed. Thank you.
