Abner was super helpful!! I had been having problems with my fridge for the longest time, I even had someone else come and fix it but after a week it was having problems again. He came in and was super friendly throughout the process of fixing it and now it’s been working like a charm for a month! Thank you Abner I appreciate it!

Very dishonest individuals. They will charge you the service call fee then tell you that parts need to be ordered and you'll never hear back from them again. I was told that I needed a control board on a newer Samsung refrigerator and of course it needed to be ordered. Luckily I got a second option and all it needed was a forced restart, the second company didn't even charge us. There was nothing wrong with the refrigerator. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs!

I cannot speak enough about Eddie. We had a very complicated issue with our fridge and after troubleshooting every possible option, ordering a few parts and no matter how much time he lost in doing it, he nailed it. I now have a new fridge, freezer and microwave again thanks to Eddie and Appliance & Service Depot, Inc. Hard to find people with integrity and loyalty. He is definitely my go to guy for any of my appliance repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Eddy really came through for me on this Sunday morning. I was trying to source a thermal fuse for my Maytag dryer locally so I could get the dryer fixed today. Most appliances places were closed. I had no luck at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Searching Google showed Appliances and Services Depot “OPEN 24hrs”. I called the number as I was only a few blocks away. Eddy explained that he is a repair man and doesn’t really sell parts. He asked me to send him a pic of what I needed so he could try to help. Not only did he have the fuse I needed he would not accept payment. He generously gave me the part. I was able to get the dryer up and running again so I can get to work tomorrow with clean and dry clothes. If I ever need a technician to fix my appliances I will definitely be calling on Eddy again.

After reading a business owner response here's my response. This is not your personal account but it is a Google profile which is owned by Google. When you arrive to a customer address you are representing your company. And your customer are able to leave a review based on first amendment of constitution. The description of what happened is absolutely correct, and I stand behind every word there. The refrigerator was never fixed. In fact it's errors every 2 to 3 hours and requires unplugging and plugging back into the AC to reset the module. I did attach the picture that I took a few minutes ago to prove it.

If there was a possibility to leave a zero star reviews I would leave it. My recommendation is to stay away from this person at any cost as it will not get you the repair you're hoping for. I had and insurance warranty claim of refrigerator malfunctioning. We describe the problem to him. The refrigerator will stop cooling and only starts working after unplugging it from electrical until their computer module reset itself. This person arrived on Sunday and check the refrigerator and promised to order a replacement computer module to solve the problem. He never called nor discussed the plan since then. When I call him back after 10 days hoping to get the module replaced he replied that I will need to get a second opinion and stated that nothing was ordered so far. Their refrigerator continues to malfunction and requires everyday reset by unplugging it from the electrical supply. This dishonesty and unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Please stay away from his business as you migh have bad experience as well.

I called Appliance & Service Depot late on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with Eddy who not only gave me directions, but he even noticed as GPS took me right past his place, then he directed me back to his place. He went the extra mile by offering to order the obscure part I needed - and he even delivered it to my home! THAT'S how you earn loyal customers!

Doesn’t know how to do business, once he gets your deposit, eddy won’t refunded it to you!
Came to my house to check the stove and refrigerator, he ordered the parts but couldn’t fix what he said it was wrong , I paid him $200 for the deposit but never refunded the money!
Do not recommend!!!
He is suppose to be the expert and should know his business.

This guy came over. Put some epoxy under my dishwasher (didn't actually pull it out. He tried to blindly do it underneath) to fix a leak which he said he didn't think would work. It didn't work. He said that he would come back to actually fix and I haven't heard from him since.

This is the 2nd time I hired Mr. Espino. I called him as soon as my washer stopped working and he showed up at the front door at the time he told he was going to be there, awesome! He fixed my old washer and now it is working like new. I definitely recommend Espino Appliance Service.
