My 20 year old Sub Zero side-by-side had the freezer stop working Other repair services indicated a long wait. Ivan and Jose came out the same afternoon even though my house is close to an hour drive from their location (Key Largo, FL). They noticed prior repairs had been jury rigged. They had to special order some of the parts, but had them shipped overnight. The next day the parts arrived around noon and they made the long trip again. Freezer is up and working better than ever. Very professional, although I did recommend that they invest in logoed shirts and a wrap for their truck to better identify themselves.
Two months later - unit continues to work better than it did new!

I can’t say enough of how great this company is. From the person ivan who answers the phone to the technicians who come out . They respond quickly and the quality of service is superior. Highly recommend them!

The most amazing company in Miami. Glyn runs the best business ever. He spoke with me twice on the phone. He is so knowledgeable and fair. His wife was also so pleasant to speak with when setting up and confirming appointment. The were so gracious that even called me to see if I wanted an earlier appointment that originally specified because the had an unforeseen opening. They sent the most amazing, honest, polite, knowledgeable, courteous and kind technician named Terry. He immediately identified the problem as electrical and he was on point. The machine was fine but the inhouse electrical issue was the problem. Glyn was kind enough to communicate with the electrician to try and explain to him how to resolve the problem even though he did not have to do that. I DEAL WITH PLENTY OF GREAT PEOPLE BECAUSE OF MY LINE OF WORK BUT GLYN AND HIS TEAM ARE THE NICEST AND MOST HONEST PEOPLE EVER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I seldom write reviews, but this company is so good I feel I have to. In my experience with this company, everything about them is excellent. When I called to schedule an appointment for them to repair the oven in my electric range, the owner answered the phone. He was very nice and accommodating and could schedule a technician for the next day. The following day the technician called about half an hour before his arrival, as was promised. Two techs showed up, as one of the company's trucks required servicing and they were working together. Terry (Sp?) and Dario (Sp?) were polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and explained everything carefully and completely. My oven, a Tappan, is probably 60 years old and parts are not available, so they were unable to repair it. They broke the news gently that there is no work-around, but recommended a few brands to look for and two to avoid. Years ago I worked for Sears at their warehouse and often accompanied technicians on repair calls, so I have a little experience with the process. Glyn's Appliance Repair Service technicians are the best I've ever seen. I recommend them most highly!!

Although I wasn't there but my wife and son handled things. And a big thank you and your company did good.

I have used Glyn's Appliance Repair for decades. I am consistently impressed by the quality service, professionalism, and honesty of this company. Case in point (...yet another example!), my dryer stopped working on Saturday. I called in and left a voicemail, thinking I'd get a call back on Monday to set up a repair appointment. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Dwayne. I describe the problem. Dwayne immediately pinpointed this issue...instructed me on changing around a few parts on the dryer...and within 30 seconds had the dryer working perfectly. In addition, Dwayne had all the information about my dryer on hand, and provided me with a part number, a local supplier, a price, contact information, etc...in case I wished to replace the part. This could easily have turned into a service call...with attendant charges. The fact that it was handled in the manner it was, once again reminds me why I've used Glyn's service for decades, why I so trust its recommendations and repairs, and why I hope Glyn's will be a resource in our community for many, many years to come.

PRIOR REVIEW: You won't find a better, more knowledgable, more efficient, more honest, more caring appliance repair service around. I called with a dryer issue and made a repair appointment. I later realized other appliances were not working (as well as my AC), and called back to let Dwayne know. Dwayne immediately diagnosed an FPL line issue, and took the time to explain what that meant in terms even I could understand. I told Dwayne I had an electrician coming out, and Dwayne provided very sage advice about what to expect from an "honest" electrician. Dwayne was spot on in his evaluation of the problem and in all of his advice and recommendations. I wish I had a "Glyn's Service" for all of my homeowner/repair/service needs! Thanks!

The technician, explain to me what was wrong with the dryer. And how to solve the problem if the problem . If the problem contain, I should get in touch with him, and he will come again. He was so nice and a very considerate and kind person.

Glyn's was great. They fixed my older GE Monogram refrigerator . Ron came and was organized, explained the issues, ordered the parts timely, and finish the job without a hitch. If you have something that needs a repair, use this firm! You won't be sorry.

Very professional, courteous, speak flawless English, punctual and efficient. I scheduled an appointment to repair a clothes dryer at 8am, Najib arrived at 9:30 am, replaced a faulty switch for a cost of $152, for parts and labor. I would highly recommend Glyn's Appliance.

Glyn's appliance have been servicing my appliances now for more than 20 years. I'm a movility impaired senior person and for me, excellent service is a necessity. They are a very responsible, fast, carry vast repair parts with them, reasonable, friendly, knowledgeable and formal people. Best service I have encountered in South Florida.

We recently had an opportunity to work with Glyn's Appliance for dryer repair, as well as consultation on our washer and garbage disposal. They are a joy to work with. Professional, responsive, honest, and so very helpful. The technician who serviced our dryer was prompt, respectful, and kind. Their pricing is very fair, as well. Glyn's is dependable and very knowledgeable in all their repair work. This last time Ron was sent to fix my range, and he has worked on appliances for me since the 1990's. He definitely knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

August. 2023 Update - I had to update my review because once again we are blown away by the amazing quality of service provided by Glyn's Appliance Repair. Had some issues with our dryer and Terry was prompt and his service was impeccable. Our washer/dryer room was built wonky by the previous owners and Terry went above and beyond to help us fix the issue. I am so appreciative. Don't look anywhere else - this company is where you should send your business.

You know how they tell you that someone will be at your house between 11 and 3. Well I was pleasantly surprised when Terry from Glyn’s Appliance appeared at 11!. Terry was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He got my washer in great condition in no time. Thank you! Now I know who to call for my broken appliances.
