We are a Samsung family and lately some of our appliances are starting to have issues. Within the last two months we have had issues with the range, dishwasher and most recently, the icemaker. Appliancetech has been our go to for repairs. They are respond quickly, are on time with their appointments, follow up always and equally as important, James, our technician for all three repairs, is extremely knowledgeable, clean and has resolved our issues every time.

Applianceteck is AMAZING! They actually answer the phone and are very helpful. I spoke with Justin who went out of his way to make our situation better. I have a 6 month old Samsung TV that stopped working while watching it and the original service repair company did not show up for the scheduled appointment. After spending 2 days and countless hours on the phone with the worst customer service in the world (Samsung and NISI-FL service repair company) it was great to finally speak to someone like Justin who wants to help you resolve a problem. I would never recommend or purchase a Samsung product again but I would highly recommend Applianceteck.

Chris and Leo were great. They gave a 30 minute call ahead and we're very knowledgeable with the dryer. They recommended a duct cleaning and explained the importance and different types.

James from ApplianceTech came today and he was very professional, knew his stuff, and fixed the tv we have been having trouble for a long time. He answered all our questions and very patient with us. The Company keeps you informed of the appointments and the person who is coming. Do yourself a favor call this place and get your stuff working again. Kudos to James!
