Our 5 year old Whirlpool Refrigerator died yesterday. I called my regular appliance guy and he couldn't come yesterday because he was very busy. Ditto for another guy with very high reviews here. I called and spoke to Gustavo from GC Technical right away and he told me he would come by yesterday afternoon to check it out. He concluded that we needed a new motherboard. It would take one day to order it and install it. And he was right! He was very knowledgeable, tidy and a pleasure to have him do the work. Thank you Gustavo!

I called Gustavo around noon and I explained the issue I was having with my washing machine. He told me he can be at my house within 1-2 hours and I even sent him pictures of my washing machine model. Gustavo never showed up that day nor did he bother calling me to tell me he could not make it. I called him the next day and he did not answer either. I wasted an entire day waiting for someone who has no courtesy or respect for someone’s time.

Gustavo is an extremely good profesional, very charismatic snd helpful. I highly recommend him.

After my AC unit broke I had to rush to find a solution. I called multiple AC companies and after 2 days none of them showed up. I got referred to GC by a family member, I called and it took Gustavo an hour to show up. His work was professional, affordable and warrantied. Also had our blower motor fan replaced - Gustavo was very communicative throughout the entire process and helped with getting the piece that was covered by warranty. His work is impecable and he is very knowledgeable! Guarantees his work and loves explaining everything as he goes. This is a trustworthy handyman which are hard to come by!!

A/C Repair on this occasion but have had them provide service for refrigerator and dryer as well. Always quick to respond, fantastic service, fairly priced, tremendous attention to detail.
