Terry, the technician, went above and beyond to try and solve our washing machine issues. We have used Glyn's Appliance before and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I only wish I had known about Glyn's a long time ago. Wow! I had all but given up on finding a reliable, honest, fast, friendly, communicative and effective appliance repair company. We've had 3 separate issues in the course of 6 months; washer, dryer and ice maker. Chris sent us Terry all 3 times and he has been the most amazing repair man I ever come across, he has walked in every time and within seconds has been able to diagnose the problem. Washer and dryer were fixed on the spot, the ice maker had to be ordered and replaced and it was all done within 3 days. What an impressive operation, Congratulations Glyn's, you're THE BEST!!!

Terry came by to assist with my Dishwasher, that was not draining.

We had an exceptional experience with our technician, Terry. He arrived right during the time frame with a 30 minute call ahead. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

I've been using Glyn's Appliance for several years and each time, they have given A+ customer service. They are prompt, efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, and serve with integrity. Appliances serviced include dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine. Bonus: if they cannot help you, they will still guide you to the best solution.

I called for service on my refrigerator that was freezing on the fridge side and not making ice. Terry came out to took a look and told me it was not worth repairing because of the age of my unit. He gave me some recommendations on brands to purchase, but also gave me a little cheat to try that may help the fridge side from freezing. Hopefully it’ll work! I truly appreciate his honesty and advice. Instead of doing a costly repair, he gave me other options that made more sense. Thank you!

Terry was extremely professional. He diagnosed the problem with my washing machine very fast and he was able to fix it equally as fast. I found that they were very good as far as the bill goes. I would have them back any day to fix any of my appliances. Overall, I was very, very happy with his performance.

After 8.2 yrs, our BOSCH (800 series) dishwasher finally bit the dust. As much as we wanted it repaired, it was not worth the $. The unit would not power up and leaked water the night before. Terry came by and was very good about telling us the path it would take to get it powered up (put in a new control board $$) and then they would have to chase down the other issue (water leak) to repair. He said it was not worth it. The cost would be high for an old unit that outlived its purpose anyway and we should look into a new purchase. He was up front, honest, and professional. He gave us advise as to the next brand we should buy. Very pleasant. It's hard to find people in this industry who can be honest instead of saying, 'ya, we can fix it' knowing it will cost you and the unit will not last much longer anyway. Most brands will not last longer than 5-7 yrs. That's how they are built. We got 8.2 yrs, so we were lucky. The service call was quick and easy but not rushed. We called yesterday and they showed up today. And, if we had gone with them to do the repair, the service call ($110) would have gone toward the cost of repair. Can't beat that. Others wanted $180, non refundable, and they would come out in January 2026, a month later.
