Amazing service!!!! I had several companies come out and tell me that the appliance was unable to get fix. I have an expensive refrigerator form Samsung that currently broke right after the storm. This technician came out and fixed it in matters of minutes and save me so much money.

This company was assigned to install a new dishwasher by AHS. My schedule is very hectic and travel often. The owner/service man is very Unprofessional, has a major attitude, will not work with your schedule. ABSOLUTELY Will not be working with this company! Calling America Home shied to reassign to someone else who valuates customer service.

Eddy came out to my house to fix a job that someone else messed up. He was able to fix my range hood in a timely and professional manor. I would highly recommend him to friends and family for any home appliance repairs

they came to my house and didn't know what he was doing and he assumed that the piece that was wrong with my fridge was broken, which was not. making me waste 450 for nothing. i also had to wait for the piece for over a month, then he proceeded to tell me it was the compressor and i would have to wait maybe another month and it would cost me 600 dollars more, horrible service

Horrible service. Eddie is a scammer. Very unprofessional and unethical. Tries selling you services you dont need. And tells you that you need to replace parts that are working perfect in order to charge you more. Showed up at my house for a warranty job, with a horrible attitude, and he tells me that I need to change this part, and this other part, and give maintenance, so on and so on. And that the warranty does not cover any of that. What!!! Thats why you have warranty. Since he came across as unethical, and kept giving me the run around everytime I asked him a question, I told him to leave and he gets all mad and rude. Called warranty company. They sent out other company, super professional, knowledgeable, and efficient!! Had my appliance fixed quickly and correctly. Not even the part that this scammer was saying was causing the problem. Do yourself a favor, use someone else. This guy is unethical and completely lost when it comes to fixing appliances. Either he lacks the basics for appliance repairs, or he is just a scammer. Probably both. Dont throw your money away, use someone else. Anyone else!!! You'll be glad you did.

Came to Fix ice maker and said the coils need to be cleaned will be $200 and said will make ice after cleaning cycle still doesn’t work. Then he said will be another $450 complete crook.

Very unprofessional! Said he couldn't make the appointment because he had no gas. Clearly a simple phone call would have been nice. Very arrogant. Would not recommend! Sent a text to confirm early and still no reply to say he would not make it.

My refrigerator had an error code on the panel.
My wife called Appliance & Service Depot and Mr.Eddy answered the phone, very cordial and attentive to our problem. He had a very busy day but would pass by in the evening. He and his wife came and immediately fixed the problem, he even tested the part I thought was damaged and informed me it was actually still working.
Mr.Eddy even called the next day to follow up and make sure the refrigerator was still working.

No words, did an amazing job fixing my dishwasher. Took less than a day and the price is really fair. Dishwasher is working perfectly. Would recommend without a doubt!

I got my refrigerator fixed on a short notice by Appliance and Service Depot!! The service provided by Eddy was fast, reliable, corteous, in another words, EXCELLENT!! The charge for this service, done after hours, was also very sensible. I am more than happy to recommend this company for your appliance needs. :-)

Don’t waste your money using this company . Owner came to fix my washer said it was the electrical board after 5 days he came then said it was something else came and replaced it with another part turned on the machine and left before the cycle finished and of course the problem is still there. When i called to tell him he said to throw it away he was done with the washing machine . When I claimed my money back he just said that he had spend a lot of money on the parts. Parts that he never left me. This company and the owner are a scam they just took 385.00 from me. Very rude and seemed in a hurry. Don’t use them they are just going to take your money.

First and foremost this guy Eddie is NOT a plumber. His number came up from a referral from Home Depot where I purchased a french door refrigerator and needed it installed. This guy is more concerned about telling you something is not free instead of learning how to run a business. He did not even tell me he charges for an estimate but had the gall to tell me after he was at my house not even 20 minutes that I needed a plumber then charged me $75. I mean let people know that if you cannot do the job they will be charged anyway. I don’t mind paying for needed services but this person needs to learn how to treat customers.

Eddy and his assistant came the day after I called in the issue to fix my fridge and replaced thermostat, then found out that it was the control panel. He replaced that and aid it would cool in 24h. He called that night to check and it had not cooled so he returned the next morning and changed a part connected to the compressor, and it worked. He's on time, efficient and professional. No additional charges to my warranty.

I was assigned this repair company by my home warranty company after my oven broke down. The repairman/owner was late, which I can forgive due to Miami traffic. However, when he arrived I found him to be very unfriendly and unhelpful. He seemed bothered to even be there. The “fix” he performed on my oven only lasted 30 minutes. He failed to make a good faith effort to repair my oven by ordering the necessary part to repair it. I texted him after he left to say the oven broke again but he never replied. I also tried emailing him and got no response. I had to complain to the home warranty company and asked them to stop referring clients to him. I would recommend avoiding this “repairman” if you have other options.

It is not often that I find myself writing any kind of review, but this company, hands down, merits an outstanding review! Reliability is something that so many companies lack these days. Not only does Eddy (the owner) possess that, but he also is extremely HONEST! Trying to make a quick buck out of someone is not his style! For my husband and I, that speaks a thousand words! Thank you so very much for your outstanding service. Rest assured that you have earned ongoing clients in our home!
