As a mother of 3 children, each with their own unique taste in food, most of my day is dedicated to cooking, and you will agree that the oven helps me the most in the kitchen. And think of such a house where the oven does not work. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Horrific!! But it's good that there is Ultrafix. I contacted them and told them that the situation was urgent and they sent a very competent, knowledgeable and friendly technician as soon as possible. At the end of the day, the result of their work is a working oven, 3 well-fed children and a happy mother.

The gentleman that came to my home, had no idea what he was doing was not HVAC certified took over four hours to diagnose and didn’t fix it. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I would not recommend this to anybody also wanted to leave everything disassembled I had to tell him to assemble it.

Dimitri showed up early, did a fantastic job. Cleaned up. Very friendly and I would highly recommend. I will use them in the future.

I am thrilled, I called and when my refrigerator wasn’t working and I had a technician same day. He had trouble with English and when wasn’t sure he opened his phone and opened an app that translated his language to English and if I had any questions, he would have me talk and he understood. He was dressed in clean clothes and picked up when he was finished. I will only call Ultrafix !!

Boryis diagnosed problem with my dishwasher quickly and determined it was unfixable due to age and lack of replacement parts from manufacturer . Recommended buying new one and gave recommendations on different models. Only charged for service call. Very pleased with him and would definitely use again.
