Jimmy was amazing. He answered the phone immediately and instead of trying to set an appointment and charge me for the potential visit, he took his time over the phone to go over some procedures. By doing this, the issue was resolved, without him having to come and with no charge. What a rare find!

I called Miami Appliance Repair to repair our washer which suddenly locked and would not drain. Jimmy patiently walked us through the troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, both the washer lock and the drain pump needed to be replaced. After a cost analysis by Jimmy, he convinced us to just buy a new one. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to take his time in assisting us during the trouble shooting. I know I will call Jimmy the next time an appliance needs servicing. These guys are true professionals. Jimmy was extremely helpful over the phone and gave me some options to troubleshoot without charging me. In person he was even better. Very knowledgeable and tried to give me the most cost effective option to fix my dishwasher. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and charged me a fair price. I had an exceptional experience with Miami Appliance Service & Repair today, and I can’t recommend them enough! I called this company to get an estimate for repairing my stove, which wasn’t broiling anything because the element kept shutting off after 20-30 seconds.

Right from the start, the team was incredibly professional and attentive. The owner promptly answered my call after I googled their business, and he took the time to ask for the model number.

He patiently guided me through how to locate it on my stove, and I appreciated his thoroughness. I sent him a picture of the data plate, and within minutes, he called back with a detailed explanation.

He honestly assessed that the issue was with the control panel and, unfortunately, that the part has been out of stock for over 10 years.

Horrible service very RUDE!! The technician called me asking for parking and my building doesn’t have parking so he need to park outside and he responded he doesn’t pay to work ??!!! Excuse me I was about to pay $95 for him to come to take a look of my appliance and also he wanted me to pay for his parking? Let me give you an advice if you don’t have parking in your building don’t waste your time calling this unprofessional people.
