I contacted Jimmy at Miami Appliance Repair when I had an issue with my Fridge Freezer, he called me to discuss the problem, as he didn’t want to waste anytime by not understanding my concerns. He talked me through some self resolving issues and advised me to get a new water Filter and to check the action of the Water Valve. I was able to follow his guidance and sort out my issue without a visit from him, he spent about 2Omins talking to me on the phone assisting me with patience because i am not very “hands on” practical. In the end he did not need to attend site but really showed a great level of customer service and fair business practice.
Jimmy is a breath of fresh air in todays world, I had spoken to 3 other companies that all wanted to charge me upfront even to discuss the problem, so YES I RECOMMEND JIMMY and Miami Appliance Repair.

I thought I could trust by the reviews. The price is insane. After arriving in the house and detecting the problem, the nightmare started when I heard the price to fix it. To change a pressure switch, that costs $40 on Amazon and was changed in 5min, Jimmy charged $385. They marke up the material and add a very expensive labor hour.

Miami Appliance Repair was super quick to take my call, was able to diagnose the issue with my fridge over the phone, got the part and fixed my fridge all within a 5-6 hr span. I am very impressed with Mr. Hernandez (super nice guy) and the business he runs. Highly recommend. I will be calling him again should any other appliance. Thanks for a great job!

I called Miami Applianc for a problem with my Refrigerator and spoke to Jimmy. I explained my issues and he took care of it within the day. This kind of service is unheard of, people like Jimmy are Few! Prices are very reasonable. I’m so glad I called!

I contacted Miami Appliance Repair when my dryer stopped working out of nowhere. They called me right away and over the phone Jimmy Hernandez fixed my issue which was simply that my settings were on child lock. He helped me quickly and never charged me and being so honest.
I’m very appreciated of Jimmy’s help because any other company would of come and charge. I will be saving his number for any future appliance issues.

Excellent service! I had an issue with my washing machine and I called several companies to get an estimate, including Miami Appliance Repair. Other companies I called just assumed what the problem was and quoted me high fees for a house call to repair, but turns out it was a simple fix, and Jimmy from Miami Appliance Repair quickly diagnosed and solved my issue over the phone!

I called Miami Appliance Repair and was given an estimated time of arrival. It was a window of 2 hours. Matt came on time and got to work. My refrigerator could not be happier. He fixed it in a reasonable time for a reasonable price and he was very nice! Highly recommend Matt. True professionals!

Incredible service, such a nice guy and on time. Was constantly updating me on the shipping process of the part I needed and extremely respectful within my home! cleaned up any mess and left it perfect. I highly recommend him. This is def my new fridge guy.
