I recently had an issue with my Thermador refrigerator and contacted FL Appliance Repair Service for help. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

I’ve being using the service of this company few times and they are very responsible, always on time and give good advice before we decide to make any change, or buy any part of the appliances. Also I asked them for recommendation when I needed to buy new washer and dryer recently, they explained to me the best brands to consider based on functionality and technology. I’m very to count on them and I trust their criteria.

They gave me a quote for repair and upon acceptance they showed up the following day as promised on time and made the repairs. Very clean and professional work. I called on a Saturday, the technician was at my house first thing Monday morning at the time he said he’d arrive. He was quick and courteous and identified the issue with my dryer. He went to get the needed parts, completed the work and even did a little fix on my washing machine without me asking. He also left the area very clean before leaving. I was so pleased at the service and repair for my Thermidor freezer icemaker. It was so very complex trying to find the proper part even from Thermidor because of terrible diagrams. Archie, who did the Repair is so knowledgeable, response immediately to phone calls, accommodates scheduling, and very fairly priced.
I usually don't write Service reviews, but for this one it was over the top.

The installation was perfect the part from GE was defective. Florida Appliance had to reorder two more times and come install at no additional cost to me. I very much appreciate their customer service. Thank you especially to Archie.
