Fast, fairly priced, and fully professional. We had an estimate in minutes over the phone. They called immediately when parts arrived and were even able to show up same day since they were already in our area. They replaced the worn drum lining on our dryer and also found a broken wheel and replaced that at minimal extra cost ($15) and did a full cleaning. The dryer works so much better (and quieter) and they were done in about an hour.

Having worked with other appliance teams in the past... FL Appliance did an excellent job and was very thorough. They kept the area clean and really were a pleasure to work with.

Everything you could want. when I think about value, he provided it. He came quickly when I needed him to becuase I was worried about my food melting. He fixed it the next day. And called in the evening to check in to make sure it was still working

Archie and his technician showed up on time, the morning after the evening that I called. He had asked a lot of pertinent questions over the phone, trying to diagnose the issue as soon as possible, and even asking for the model number of my Subzero, to try to get a jump on possibly needing to order a specific part.
I was so relieved when onsite he diagnosed that the problem was not as serious as I had thought, and I very much appreciated his honesty, because if he had told me I needed new parts and additional work, I would have had to believe him (or spend extra money just for a second opinion).
The last time my Subzero needed work, I felt very much like I had overpaid with a different repair company, so I chose to take a chance on FL Appliance Repair this time. I’m so glad I did, and I will definitely call them again for other major appliance repairs. It’s so hard to find good honest service in the Miami area!

Our fridge suddenly stopped working and they were at our door within 20 minutes. We could not be happier with their knowledge of the problem and the options we were offered for the repair.

I contacted FL appliance repair today and spoke to Archie about my LG Washer, which was not spinning the load at all. He asked me a few questions to determine what needed to be fixed. He and another tech came by after completing another job and fixed the problem promptly and charged me a reasonable price! It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Wine cellar. Arcadio and his technician were fantastic. They were prompt to the appointment and were extremely diligent diagnosing what the problem with the power source was. Our stove suddenly started overheating and burning everything, no matter the setting. A service tech came out, checked the thermostat, and replaced the faulty sensor. It works like it’s supposed to now.

The dishwasher wouldn’t drain and left residue on the dishes. This repair tech found a clogged filter and a worn-out pump, and now it cleans like new.

We noticed our fridge door wasn’t sealing properly, and food was spoiling too quickly. The repair tech adjusted the hinges and replaced the gasket. Now it closes like new. So glad we caught it in time!
