Our work fridge needed some attention. We reached out to Excellence and within 24hours I had a technician scheduled ( to accommodate our work hours). Oleg quickly assessed and addressed the issue as well as provided tips should the issue occur again and what to do while we have them come out again if needed. THANK YOU!

Oleg was amazing! On time, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Explained the repair, how he would do it, and tried to give me the most cost efficient way of repairing not one but two of my Bosch appliances. Bosch could only give me an appointment two to three weeks out and the cost was ridiculous. I highly recommend this company, and especially Oleg he saved me lots of time money and aggravation.

I had an excellent experience with Vladyslav, my dishwasher repaie technician from Excellence Appliance Repair. He was able to diagnose the problem and order parts immediately. He was back in two days to complete the job. Very professional and helpful. I recommend.

I booked an appointment for 11-1 pm window. At 130 I get a text that he would be here before 2 pm. At 2 pm I called the main # and was told that the earliest he could be here would be 230. I could not wait any longer and canceled the appointment. The company called me back to apologize and sent an excellent technician the next morning who arrived on time. The company then waived the diagnostic fee though given the quality of the service I would have gladly paid.

The technician (Vlad) was very knowledgeable and professional. The issue was quickly diagnosed and clearly explained. Honesty and transparency were appreciated and I was kept informed throughout the process.

Oleg diagnosed and fixed the ieak under my fridge . He explained that the leak was coming. from the water circuit line and proceeded to fix the problem. A great technician!

Although my refrigerator was not able to be repaired. (new compressor cost almost as much as a new refrigerator.) I would use their services again and highly recommend them. The technician, Pavlo, was very professional, on time, efficient, and polite.
The company followed up the next day to ensure I received quality service and that I was happy with the work that was performed. A very professional touch. Sadly, I have to buy a new refrigerator but will call Excellence Appliance Repair, the next time I have an issue with an appliance.

Wow this company does business right! They were quick and easy to schedule with and Oleg arrived early! Oleg was SO professional and knowledgeable. Oleg immediately solved the leaking water in my dishwasher and educated me on exactly what was happening. The situation was quickly under control! I will only use this company from now on!

I was very pleased with Vlad from Excellence Appliance Repair. The top drawer of my Fisher/paykel dishwasher had stopped draining. It works fine now .
Vlad was communicative, keeping me informed while he was on his way and while he was working.
Because of Vlad, I will definitely consider using excellence Appliance Repair again.
The first time that I scheduled service for this, the repairman did not come and no one called me to tell me that he would not be coming. They scheduled another repairman to come between two and four, even though I had told them that repairmen had to be out of the building. Again, no one called me to tell me that he would not be coming.
Vlad was the third repairman scheduled to come, and I had already decided that I would not do business with this company again. Vlad changed my mind. He was prompt, courteous, communicative and qualified.

Excellence provided a repair person and time slot within 15 minutes of request. Vladyslav showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Cost was a little pricey but he did a great job.

I can’t say enough good things about Appliance Tech Services! Bosch couldn’t schedule me for almost two weeks, but they stepped up and came out within just a couple of days. Even though they don’t typically work on Bosch dishwashers, they didn’t hesitate to help—and they absolutely saved the day. The technician Lazaro was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about getting my dishwasher running again. I really appreciate their quick response, flexibility, and great service. Highly recommend them for anyone needing dependable appliance repair! Jorge was so helpful on the phone and made sure they gave their best effort to get me scheduled and find a solution.
