MY DISH WASHER HAD A SIMPLE DRAIN PUMP PROBLEM , and they ask me $650 to change the electronic board , I said this is not watt the error code says,
So they didn’t do anything but charge me $80 for coming to tell me to change the most expensive part, so I pay the $80 and I call a other company to come and repair the drain pump, they charge me $180 and dish washer is working , Please don’t believe the positive report on here , most of positive reviews one is the owner sister and a other report is one employé of the company , they scammer

SCAM! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They lied to us about a part costing $300 and told us the part and labor would be over $700. We purchased the part directly from the company for $103.00 and were told by the manufacturer that it should take less than 20 minutes to install. We confronted them with this information and gave them the opportunity to do the right thing, and they offered to take 10% off. We hired someone else to install it for $55. They have a scam operation going and someone should shut them down.

Ripoff!! Called them for an estimate to repair my viking hood.
Was told that the part was very expensive and was quoted $950 for the repair. When I told the technician it was to much, he called his boss and they said they would come down to $725.
Thats when I know I was being way over charged.
Called a different company that came out and fixed the hood for $350!! The parts where $65!. I called refri Gianmar and complained, and said I wanted them to refund me the $75 service charge but never heard back from the boss. Dishonest and rude! Stay away!

Contacted this company to repair a range that got damaged by a power surge explained the technician that this was for an insurance claim he said it was fine the job was completed and they got paid . After a month the insurance sent me a form that needs to be filled by them got this reply. We can't fill this out because I don't know if the damage was because of a power surge. Are you kidding that was the first thing I told you before you did the job

Jonny the technician came to my house to check an issue with our Vikings wall oven. Without properly testing it, he advised us to replace a few parts and sent us a 3K quote for the oven repair. I asked Refri Gianmar to provide the part numbers for the oven and they refused to provide it. I decided to call Vikings customer service before approving the repair and found out that the oven did not need to be repaired. It was a simple glitch on the clock. I will never call this company again for any appliance repair.

They are timely, responsive and honest. Used them and they did a good job on my Sub Zero Refrigerator freezer. . I had to cancel a job and they refunded the $ with no issues.

They are pricey though :)

If I could give zero stars I would. I called and had promt and polite service. The serviceman also arrived promptly and was polite. The problem is that they are not certified to do the service that was required (my error for not checking first, but they changed their name on google to mirror the service company that I have used in the past-- the name and domain have already changed!!!) They completely misdiagnosed the problem with my refrigerator. They also wanted to charge and astronomical amount of money for unnecessary services. They refused to do the repair without doing maintenance that was not needed. Please be careful if you choose this company for service/repairs.

So far, I am on my 4th call to report the same problem with my Bosch washing machine - stopped mid-cycle, clothes inside with soapy water and door won’t open. Paid the service call, got estimate for “ necessary” new part good for 2 weeks; 2 1/2 weeks later, same problem, got new part but no credit for service call (past the limit!). 2 weeks later, same problem - technicians got it running again but no answer as to what was wrong. And now, 3 days later, same problem!
Obviously, the problem has not been correctly diagnosed. They are going to remove it to diagnose in 2 days (of course it’s the weekend) - my level of frustration is very high at the moment. Stay tuned for update.

Let me break it down my experience. From the moment you call them, the people that answer the phone and take note of the problem and dispatch the service are extremely knowledgeable and polite. The service window is a two hour window and they are always in time. Also respectful and polite
The repair service they provide is second to none! I have a built in outdoor Electric Grill that was attempted to be repair by other company but they were unable to do it. High End Appliance Service people came, they diagnosed the problem, contacted the manufacturer and the problem was resolve. Even the owner of the company call me to make sure I was satisfied.
I am not just appreciative of their service I am impressive with the quality and their professionalism. No doubt in my mind they will be my number one recommendation list to anyone asking me for a suggestion and of course the number one service to call if I need their service

Their competitor had worked on this issue for more than two weeks and still has not called to finish the job. Amazing customer service. My refrigerator that hasn’t worked properly for the past month and a half is now working like brand new. They were super reliable and totally trusted the quality of work I was getting. They were very straight forward with me and never felt jaded. Highly recommended!!!

When our 2008 GE Profile refrigerator broke, I called High End Appliance to repair it. It was a random choice influenced by their name. Buying a new refrigerator was the last thing we wanted to do as this built in matches the wood in our kitchen. We are Senior Citizens & in our lifetimes we have never had service like this. They came out immediately & 13 times later, after replacing almost everything that makes the refrigerator run, it's fixed. We were ready to give up on it but High End Appliance never gave up & always came when they said they were coming. Fantastic, neat & nice workmen. We are so happy & coincidently, yesterday there was an article in The NY Times about repairing old top end appliance up to 50% of their cost as the right way to go. The built in obsolescence today makes it worthwhile. Thanks again to not giving up on us.

I was very please with the professionalism and service of this company. Omar (the technician was very knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the problem). Within 24 hours they came ordered the part and had it installed for something that had taken weeks with other unreliable appliance companies that we tried. Highly recommend them for all your appliance needs and a/c repair.

I’d give a 0 star if I could. This company is fraudulent. They lied about the problem with our broken washing machine. Came back with a new part that wasn’t needed and the problem persisted. The supervisor refused to call me back. Then came back and said we need a new washer and dryer instead and wouldn’t offer a refund for the wrong/fake service they originally provided. They sent an astronomical quote for a new washer and dryer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I had an amazing experience with this appliance repair company. My stovetop was broken, and my oven needed to be replaced. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Everyone in the company was polite, understanding, and helpful. I highly recommend this company for appliance repair or replacement. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

Took my Breville coffee machine there and they charged me $85 just to look at it which I think they didn’t even take it apart and looked at it. They said the repair was going to be $700. I’m not a coffee machine repair guy and I fixed my machine myself. It wasn’t even what they said what was wrong. They said it was the pump and it ended up being a clogged solenoid which I cleaned along with two hoses and now it’s working like brand new. The technician was Ivan J. And I ended up being the better tech, lol. I called them needing an O-ring that I lost during my disassembly and they said they would call me back and I’m still waiting for the call back. My invoice was on 4/11/2023, invoice# 3936 for $85. I wouldn’t go to them again.
