Had a wonderful experience with (ATS) Puls. Booked from San Diego, CA this morning at about 7:45 AM (10:45 AM Miami time) and with their same day service my problem was taken care of by 1:30 PM. The owner Lazaro was friendly, professional and humorous. The service rep (Gianluca) that came was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Will definitely use them again. Price reasonable.

Its hard to give a 5 star because great service is hard to find nowadays but these company deserves it and more. Their customer service is superb, excellent time management and completely honest with everything that needs to be done. Lazaro and Jorge were clear from the beginning on what needs to be done and completed the job to perfection. This is my go to company for all my appliances going forward. Thank you Lazaro and Jorge for such an exceptional service. Congratulations on your success!

Lazaro is an appliance rock star. Super reasonably priced, got to my house for the project within an hour from my first phone call, which is above and beyond and the installation is very clean.

Please do not use this service. The tech that came to our house was rude and disrespectful. He never disclosed what he was doing as he was repairing the washing machine door. After he was finished with the repair he came into our home and stole property from us. The old door belonged to us. We paid for the washer, and what ever old part that is taken off we have a legal right to keep it. Not only did he steal from us , he also cursed us out. I have never felt so offended by a company that would treat their customers this way. Please do not work with this company. They also overcharged us for the repair, the latch on the door was broken, and the piece only cost $5 to replace, instead of ordering the part, they made us order a whole new door. They ripped us off twice

I’ve been working with Appliance Tech Services for about four years now, and I can confidently say that Lazaro is dependable and always delivers. Over the years, he has fixed my washer, dryer, ice maker, refrigerator, and water dispenser—and each time the service has been excellent. I even recommended him to my parents, and they’ve been nothing short of satisfied with his work.

Not only does he provide exceptional service by arriving on time and bringing his infectious sense of humor, but he also consistently offers the best prices compared to other competitors. His son, George, is also incredibly kind and professional when answering the phones—very funny, too!

I highly recommend them to anyone in the South Florida area.

Llamé a esta compañía por una avería del A/A de mi apartamento en Las Olas y fui atendido de manera oportuna y le dieron pronta solución a la falla los recomiendo ampliamente

Mantente alejada de esta compañía son lo peor en cuanto a servicio son mentirosos y lo único que les importa es sacar tu dinero. Sus empleados te recomiendan mantenimiento y después misteriosamente el equipo no funciona y hay que reemplazar una pieza cuando el equipo funcionaba perfectamente antes de qué ellos pusieran la mano encima mi recomendación es que se mantengan bien alejados de esta compañía quien atiende el teléfono no puede resolver nada ni tomar ninguna decisión

No los recomiendo porque sus tarifas son excesivamente caras; la revisión para hacer el presupuesto duró literalmente 7 minutos para un trabajo inviable.

Ripoff!!! I don’t recommend them because their services are excessively expensive. Their work to come up with an estimate literally lasted 7 minutes for a non-viable work.

Vi un mal review acá y luego muchos otros excelentes así que llamé a esta compañía para que revisaran mi horno. Pues esta misma tarde fue reparado y funciona perfecto. Por mi parte estoy satisfecho con la rapidez y amabilidad de los técnicos para poner a funcionar mi horno de nuevo.
