I have used Cisca Constructions for 3-4 commercial interior remodeling projects. They have always been easy to work with, very professional, and their finish work is terrific.

I totally recommend this construction company. I had an investment property that needed some repairs. I was referred to Cisca Construction where I spoke to the owner Mr. Frank Balleste. Mr Balleste assured me that I had gone to the right company and I'm glad that I did. The following day I had 2 workers at my investment property. His workers were quick and efficient and approximately 1 week later I was able to rent my condo. I also had his company do some extensive repairs at my residence. Mr. Balleste always maintained contact with me via phone or email to make me aware of any issues or just to see if I was content with the job being done . This is a quality that has been lost with most companies in Miami. I'm in the process of looking for a new home and when I do, if any repairs need to be done Cisca Construction will be doing it. Project Manager Brian could not have been more professional. Owner Frank available by phone all the time, even for easy questions. Worked seamlessly with our insurance claim for our roof. Honest, respectful, polite, sincere. You will not find a more polished, better run construction company in South Florida. Will be the only call we make going forward!

Cisca Construction just finished putting a new roof on my home after Irma damaged it beyond repair.
The job was done right and in a timely fashion, which was confirmed by the building inspector who inspected the roof during all phases of the installation.

You get what you pay for: from workers showing up every day on time, a brick and mortar office, emails and calls returned promptly, clean and honest workers, a computer program to track expenses and a terrific supervisor. The supervisor for the job was Brian Artiles. Since the renovation was a pleasant experience, I am actually looking forward to hiring Cisca Construction Company to renovate two bathrooms in the near future.
