To the Owner of this beautiful store, I tried to buy an emergency outdoor refrigerator $1,049 and it was impossible with your Saturday staff.

But reading the reviews now, I guess I am not the only one that feels that way.

I had a great surprise with their after sales service. The buying experience was great, as it is in many other places, but after I had an issue with my project they went above and beyond to help me to fix it and they did more than I was expecting in order to help me. Thank you Carlos and Felipe for your services.

We hired Luxapatio to install flooring and build an outdoor kitchen on our rooftop terrace. We loved their showroom and were very excited to hire them after their initial consultation.
They installed composite decking that they recommended for our space - it was applied directly onto a concrete roof with a type of glue. With the rain and sun exposure, the decking immediately began to warp and come up. They came back after a few months fix it but the same problem happened. Less than a year after installation, they came back again to fix the warped pieces that made using the space impossible. Now, less than 2 years later the space is unusable again because they sold us a product that isn’t intended for the space it’s in. Thousands of dollars wasted. Let the buyer beware- they will sell you products that are not appropriate just to get your money.

The entire team of Luxapatio was very professional and also great people to deal with. Sebastian Baez was excellent in terms fo putting my ideas into a real a concrete project and Juan Calana showed responsiveness and high standards of attention to detail to make it flawless. The entire team that worked them in the different areas were very professional and respectful people. Five stars all around for the company and speacially for the team.

There aren’t enough words to capture how incredible it was to work with Mateo, Liliana and the entire staff. They were punctual, understanding, accommodating and all around exceptional professionals. Everything went as planned. Customer service is premium, they answer immediately and with timely communications. Things that needed change were changed and all in all the experience is a very satisfactory one. Thanks to Liliana and Carlos as well as to all the crew that worked in our kitchen.

Working with Luxapatio/patio district was a nightmare. Project (pergola, grill, fridge, counter) was supposed to take 6-8weeks...it took them 6 months. Random workers would spend 2-3 hrs/day on our property. Lynx grill was not functional when first installed. They will be quick to ask you for your money before project is complete. There was a lot of poor communication between the 2 companies that end up working together. Do your homework as many of the 5 star reviews on here are from their employees!

I have installed the roof they offer in my yard. I have wanted to request maintenance services such as repairs of leaks, cracks in the structure, etc, . At the time they heard about my problem with the pergola, they kindly and responsibly made a personalized inspection and committed themselves to make the pertinent corrections. As a result, the maintenance service to my pergola was excellent and first quality, I am very happy with my patio because it is like new. I recommend them 100%.

Horrible experience with Luxapatio. Great showroom, marketing, and nice sales people, however, that's where it ends. Business conduct is unprofessional and unethical with lack of construction supervision causing constant correction of work. A four to six week project turned to over six months with no change in scope and no COVID delays! Luxapatio via the Director of Operations, Sebastian, put me under constant duress throughout the project to change original terms, accept new terms, sign waivers of Luxapatio responsibility and accept that certain open items would not be corrected or damages cured. If I did not accept, Luxapatio threatened to abandon the project or put a lien on my property even though there were no open invoices! All threats done via email by the Director of Operations who (with one exception early in the project) would not visit the site or meet with me and supervisor on the issues. He also refused to speak on the phone. Likely a tactic to not directly acknowledge their errors or damages. He indicated that he relied completely on Juan, the Supervisor of the project. This supervisor had no work plan, barely spent time on job site, lacked the ability and/or desire to properly review work or progress, brought incorrect materials to the site for workers and even lied as to materials that were used being that contracted for! I had to supervise daily and take pictures for evidence to have incorrect materials, errors and deviations from standard construction protocol corrected. Various errors were unwillingly agreed to be corrected as they could not further deny the errors with support provided. When proper direction and materials were agreed to and eventually provided to workers by Luxapatio, the workers did actually execute properly. Luxapatio claims to make custom outdoor kitchens and agreed to items during the sales process but later constantly claimed things were outside the "standard" work they do and they gave push back to complete work as promised. Errors include BBQ not fitting properly into their structure due to wrong measurements and a BBQ grill appliance pipe causing an obstruction. The latter was previously identified as an issue by Luxapatio but not fully remedied and I am now advised that it would not be corrected! Floor damages were also caused by Luxapatio and acknowledged. After various non professional and unsuccessful attempts to cure, I am now told the damages are acceptable and would not be cured since my floor wasn't 'pristine' anyway! After 6 months of ongoing issues, weeks of no show at the jobsite to correct existing open items and emails claiming they would not cure the issue, I decided to just use the BBQ. Luxapatio's response was since I used the BBQ they deem it as my acknowledgement that their work was completed regardless of endless communications to the contrary. Yet another deceptive practice to stall and avoid responsibility. The constant supervision and duress Luxapatio put me and my husband through, along with their many threats as a response to requests to build a custom outdoor kitchen with standard construction protocol and design requested was unimaginable. My husband and I were working from home, have construction knowledge, and evidenced the issues with pictures/videos and we still endured this experience.

Twelve years ago we hired Luxapatio to build us an outside bbq island with all the bells and whistles. They were the best back then. Very reliable and honest. Carrying top of the line appliances. Well after twelve years we decided to renovate and refresh the bbq area. So we hired them again. They have grown tremendously since we originally hired them. Now I know why they are successfull and have no competition. It’s because they offer you a great value on equipment and installation while still maintaining a watchful eye for quality and detail. I truly recommend them!! Employees are courteous, on time and clean everything up. When they leave, all you need to do is put the steaks on the grill.

From start to finish our salesman Carlos Ruiz made this project a breeze. Every concern we had was addressed. He went over and above with his service and professionalism. We highly recommend Carlos Ruiz and his team for your future pergola and outdoor kitchen.

Luxapatio is a great company, starting with the Showroom that has all the equipment for you to see. The entire team is client oriented and Sebastian, our project manager, was attentive and professional, Liliana, who served as liaison and the main contractor, Juan, who's work was impeccable and on time. Its rare to see a company that provides comprehensive service and does it on time as promised and with a quality that far surpasses what you expect. Their pricing? Incredibly enough, was accurate and we did not incurred in hidden expenses, their quote was below the average of similar companies that provided the service.

I cant recommend this company enough. Serious, dedicated and quality work at reasonable price. I would do business again with them in a heartbeat!

Luxapatio delivered a great product. My outdoor kitchen is beautiful. Projects are expensive, but quality is amazing The only issue was with the appliances that took a while since the order was made until we got them. I believe this is related to the general situation in the country due to the pandemic. Jose Perez is amazing

I never write reviews but on this occasion it is fair to do it. When we decided to visit lux patio for the first time we were impressed by the quality of the work they have in their show room, Mateo Florez who was the seller gave us friendly attention and tried to accommodate our outdoor kitchen to our budget.

In the midst of the pandemic at first we had some problems because we were in the middle of a swimming pool project too, but once they started they adjusted most of the time to the schedule, Liliana informed us every day with up dates of the work and the manager of the team, Juan, was always very cordial , knowledgeable of the work and always answered all our phone calls. The wine cooler and refrigerator did not work and the next day they brought a new one
Our kitchen was beautiful, super pleased with the work of all the employees who visited the project.

I HIGHLY recommend Luxapatio to anyone who wants to build an outdoor kitchen. The company is extremely reliable. I’ve only ever written about 3 reviews of companies which have provided their services.

First of all, I want to address the anxiety one feels when having to choose a company, that you know nothing about, and must rely on a few client reviews. It’s precisely that concern which I aim to quell with this review.

From the moment my husband and I set foot inside the showroom, we were impressed with Luxapatio. Carlos, our sales person, is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was attentive to every detail and request we ever made, both before and AFTER we signed the contract. He always returned my calls and solved every issue I ever brought up, during the project. Ask for him by name. You won’t be sorry to work with him. Thank you Carlos.

Luxapatio has an entire army of skilled workers. Most specialize in their field of work. You won’t find a Jack of all trades at Luxapatio. Aside from being skilled, the workers are very friendly and eager to please. They did everything I ever asked for with a smile. And most importantly, they all paid attention to details. I would say that’s one of the attributes that sets Luxapatio’s workers apart from the rest. I have experience in dealing with construction companies and this one is not like most. They’re a class apart.

As soon as we decided to remodel our outdoor kitchen, I began researching companies. I’m Miami, it’s hard to find a contractor that anyone is willing to recommend. I know. I rebuilt a home, remodeled a condo and did our original outdoor kitchen. I have called back very few of the contractors I have worked with.

I urge you to visit their showroom before you choose a contractor. Ask to see pictures of their work. You’ll be amazed when you see the sheer volume of quality, high end projects they’ve completed.

In summary, I recommend Luxapatio without hesitation.
I only wish I had come across Luxapatio when we decided to build our original kitchen.

Luxapatio designed and installed a beautiful outdoor kitchen/bar for our patio. Our adviser, Carlos, designed a great L-shaped grill/bar combo with some very neat design elements. The install was done quickly and efficiently, and the folks at Luxapatio kept us up to date on the construction process on a daily basis. They really know what they are doing.
