The service was amazing. Luxapatio did the installation during this Corona Pandemic and they use all the precautions necessary to maintain a clean environment. They were on time every single day. There service was excellent. They added a floor to the BBQ that was perfect for our outside kitchen. Mateo Flores and Liliana Alvarez did a great job in getting this job done. Thank you

Quality products, but for the money spent I expect good customer service as well. Ordered a grill and an outdoor mini fridge (paid over $3k) that was supposed to be in stock. Turns out it wasn’t. Went ahead with the order on the promise that I could pick it up by the end of the week. After calling the salesman a few times I was able to contact him. Come to find out my order wouldn’t be ready til the following week on Thursday. So we agreed that they’d deliver it. Then on day of delivery it shows up a few hours late. Just terrible communication and very poor customer service. Will not be going back to them in the future.

Purchased my first full outdoor grilling equipment from Luxapatio about 10 years ago; I was sold a brand (Sapporo) they promoted at the time but which quickly became obsolete. Now that I needed parts, or was willing to purchase all new equipment to renew my grilling station this is what I get: No-Warranty on previously purchased equipment, No partial credit for selling me an obsolete brand. No-free shipping, No-price matching--not even from shops in other stores that offer free shipping (like the BBQGuys). The salesperson told me she was going to get back with me to see what she could do but she never called, nor e-mailed me with a reasonable proposal. Very disappointing.

I've had a great experience with Luxapatio and Carlos Ruiz. Very responsive, he found the right solution for my project. Great design and excellent execution. It looks great and family is enjoying a lot the outdoor! I definitely recommend working with Luxapatio, and don't forget to ask for Carlos!

Luxapatio is an amazing company. Carlos Ruiz was very professional and always kept me informed of the process.Carlos made the process was very smooth and he was always available even for weekends and holidays. He gave us great suggestions for our outdoor kitchen. He surpassed our expectations to the point that I’m going to keep working with them now for our pergola roof!

We recently finished an outdoor kitchen with Luxapatio. The experience working with Carlos Ruiz our salesman and Lilliana Alvarez who coordinated our construction was amazing. They are both highly professional and responsive managers and they went above and beyond to ensure that our project was successful. The construction team was on time and highly competent. They showed up when they said they would, and finished all tasks timely and efficiently. Big shout out to their granite fabrication and installation team, who did an amazing job with my complex translucent quartzite that was installed with back lit LED panels. Excellent job all around by LuxaPatio and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking at a custom design/Build outdoor kitchen.

I rairly write a review, but in this case the service was so exceptional that I wanted to share. I had a Pergola designed and installed with Luxapatio. My salesperson, Sebastian was honest, straight forward and very professional. The installation team, lead by Steve, surpassed my expectations completely through every step of the process. I cant thank them enough for the amazing job they did. My only regret is that I waited so long to install mine. I should have done it years ago, Great job team Luxapatio!

I had a great experience working with Luxapatio. Carlos was always super responsive, very knowledgeable, and helped me design a beautiful outdoor kitchen. I couldn’t be happier with the result! Liliana made sure that things were organized and stayed on schedule and the construction guys working on-site were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend checking out their showroom as well. Lots of great stuff!

Luxapatio delivered my project quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout. The quality of both products and service was outstanding. Highly recommend for professional and reliable service!

Long story short- ordered a grill on 11/29/24 and haven’t received it as of 1/2/25. Representative keeps telling me next week then goes missing for days. I feel like this company is stuck in Miami’s old horrible Customer Service days. Will never consider shipping here again. Ordered the same grill online and got it $400 cheaper and better service over the phone.

I was overall very happy with our outdoor kitchen. The design and quality of the materials was excellent. We did have a couple of missed steps by Luxapatio. Our sales person had lost the information we had discussed on the choice of the finished materials that we had ordered. Meaning we had to go back to the store and choose again what we wanted. Obviously not the same as it was out of stock. Secondly the installation of the frame outdoor kitchen was build crooked. After many email's etc They came out and eventually agreed it was crooked and required that the frame had to be re-positioned correctly. But overall i am thrilled with the end product and feel that Luxapatio is a great business. The materials they use are 5 star.

I highly recommend this service for anyone who wants a great quality outdoor kitchen as well as anything else patio related. I don’t normally write these reviews but the service was beyond what we could have asked for.

Normally with contractor work it’s either hit or miss, however, you could tell that the people at Luxapatio had a lot of experience. They were very professional and finished the job promptly. They would let us know daily what time they were coming in and what they were accomplishing for the day. The longest time of the project is due to the inherent shipping period of all appliances , but besides that the time frame is not long at all. Thats not to say that they sacrifice any quality as the finishes were spectacular and very functional.

They also have great customer service and gave our family a tutorial on how to work and care for the appliances. I have already done two backyard renovations with them (outdoor kitchen and a minigolf area), and they will surely be the first I call when I want another one.

As soon as I went to their show room and talked with Carlos Ruiz, I realized that I found the place and person we were looking for months. Carlos helped us all the way through the design, selection and installation. Although they have no compromise on costs, they have no compromise on Quality either. We can refer them to anyone with confidence!!

We highly recommend Luxapatio if your looking for an outdoor kitchen. We found the people in the showroom to be very professional and helpful. Carlos Ruiz worked with me and my wife and walked us through the entire process. We appreciated his advice and expertise with design ideas and products. The installation team were excellent and professional and cleaned up after their work was done. We couldn’t be happier with the final product and with how the folks, especially Carlos, treated us throughout the process.

I met Carlos Ruiz a few yrs ago when we reached out to discuss an outdoor project. What impressed us about Carlos was his honesty regarding the project. He pointed out that what we had in mind would be possible but would not come out as we wanted. Fast forward to now. A few weeks ago we reached to Carlos again for another project. We did our research and could have completed the project elsewhere with an online vendor. But what we would have not gotten was that genuine interest and attention to detail that Carlos provided. Carlos went above and beyond in ensuring that we received our purchase. He is punctual and follows through with word and follow ups. That was evident as we had one missing item not available. Carlos worked diligently to resolve and find the item and had an alternative ready in case the item could not be fulfilled. Thanks Carlos for all the help and effort!

Fantastic company, did exactly what they said they would, built us a beautiful, high quality and functional kitchen, were extremely efficient, professional, attentive to all details and delivered on time. Highly recommend, they know what they're doing.

Horrible experience. No proper timeline for project completion. Wood was not cut properly to fit equipment. I even asked during wood install if they need to install equipment first then wood but installer said no. Also left thin-set tile mortar stuck to my outdoor tiles with rust stains.
Job still not done

My husband and I had been dreaming of having an outdoor kitchen for years!! And I must say, Luxapatio made that dream come true exceptionally!! I could not have imagined a better company to have hired for this job. Starting with Carlos, in the showroom, who brought my idea to life and made sure to follow up constantly, followed by each and every person who came to work on the project, and Liliana, who kept me updated every step of the way. The entire building process was amazing, and the kitchen looks truly spectacular!! This weekend is the grand opening! :-) I recommend Luxapatio 100%! Don't look any further.

We visit the show room at the Doral area and we has a great reception from Carlos Ruiz. The service provided to us was promptly completed with the require quality, Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable as well.
