We made the mistake of buying 3 doors from the home depot in April. It took two months for them to deliver the doors and when they arrived, the peep hole was drilled on the wrong door. I sent them back. Two months later they arrived (now 4 months). They were not the doors I purchased but similar enough, so out of frustration, I had them installed. We discovered that a striker plate was missing. The Home Depot keeps promising they will be sent to me. It is now October, 6 months from purchase, and the doors aren't finished. Save yourself the headaches and hardship and avoid this company.

Recently installed water heater. Job well done from the estimate of cost to the actual installation. Completely satisfied with outcome. Special mention to Luis, Carlos and Alaine. Great work

Some of the staff are very rude ,specially at the customer service desk.

We recently had a fence installed by a Hd contractor, and they left their trash behind. When the contractor contacted me to rate them , I asked if they were coming to pick up they trash they left behind. Their response was No, it's not in the contract. This is typical of South Florida contractors but I didn't expect it from HD. I'm not using them for any other projects.

This place is a mess. Ordered and paid for a door over a month ago and I can't get a straight answer on when they are installing it. The minute they took my money, POOF!, not a word. They could care less about whether I get my product or not. And good luck calling the store and actually speaking to anyone who can offer any assistance whatsoever. After waiting 30 min to speak to someone, I get put on hold and then routed to some random voicemail. Happens. Every. Time. I have no time to deal with such a terrible level of customer service. I get that they have to coordinate with outside vendors, but get it together Home Depot. I have spent so much money with this Retailer and I am DONE.
