This company installed an AC with the government funding pace program which there is a lien to my home for $10,000 they did a poor job the AC does not work they refused to answer my calls they refused to fix the problem they keep promising me they will come and they never do, my AC has been broken for two months now no one is responding no one communicates or answers calls, I still have to pay $10,000 with my mortgage.

Soo many RED FLAGS! This company didn't know how to properly file for a AC permit with the city. Sales Rep kept pressuring me to sign off on paper stating the job was completed, when it actually wasn't. When permit was finally received weeks later, AC and Duct installation FAILED inspection. It has now been 2 months since inspection failed and Innovation has yet to send a contractor to fix city violations. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They are s very bad company. They come to my house they did not finish installing my AC,and they charged $ 16,500 for an AC that's blowing hot air. Please stay away from them. They are government program it's a scam.

This company is very unprofessional my ac has been broke for almost 2 weeks and when they finally came out they did not fix the problem so they stated they had to order the parts. So it’s been another week now and they barely answer your calls , they lie and tell you someone will be out to your house to fix the problem and they never come. This company is horrible STAY AWAY.
