I want to give your employee, Camilo, a big shout-out! We visited your store Saturday around 7pm. We needed a specialty light bulb for the microwave. Mr. Camilo didn't just tell us the aisle number, he walked us there and helped us find the right one. Then, he asked if there was anything else he could help us with, and we did. We wanted to dispose of some old batteries. Me. Camilo did not just tell us where we could dispose of them. No! He took the bag of batteries from us and said, he would take care of it for us. Mr. Camilo literally went the extra mile for us, TWICE! His kindness, respect, and work ethics deserve a BIG SHOUT-OUT! Thank you, Mr. Camilo, you are the B.E.S.T!

I call to check if they has a 3-way toggle switch for light, they have only one stock, I want to make sure they have it before I head in. I spoke very slow and clear. A girl in Home Depot just repeated I don't understand you have to go to homedepot website. I even told them I can provide the model number. Then she hand off seem she is so impatient. Terrible experience for me.

My wife went Saturday because our kitchen sink pvc pipe broke. She had gone to other home depot and they kept giving her the wrong help. Oscar from plumbing was able to help and we were able to fix our leaking pvc pipe. Oscar saved the day. He was patient and knowledgeable, we don't have any leaking pipes anymore.

The communication was great. The product is good. The actual installation was quick but the whole process was way too long. From the moment HD went to my house to provide a quote to the moment inspection passed, took 3 months. I would recommend though

Sandra Martinez is the worst sales person EVER!!! if you want to remodel your kitchen don't use her as a matter of fact don't even go to this Home Depot. She gave us the wrong estimate amount. measured our kitchen counter wrong and then expected us to pay $1,200.00 additional to what we had already paid because she made a mistake. unwilling to work with us. Terrible!!!! Terrible!!!! Terrible!!!!....
