My air conditioner has been out for a week. I’ve called and called, finally able to speak to someone. They reassured me someone would be out, no one ever came. This company does not care about their paying customers

All this company cares about is trying to get you to sign a contract. They’re contracted with Ygrene services and I feel like they’re devaluing Ygrene Services because they’re actually responsive and professional unlike “Innovation Home Services Corp”.About a year ago, we put an inquiry for a new installment and received a call within a couple hours. The following day two contractors came to our home they went over the things that the contracted consisted of and had two technicians install our A/C the next day. Also, keep in mind this was all during the pandemic (Covid-19). We were told if there’s any issues with are air conditioning we would follow the steps listed on the air handler and if those steps didn’t fix the issue, they will come themselves and fix the issue. Well are A/C has been having issues for about two months and we can’t get a technician to even give us a call back to fix the issue. Every-time you call their office they give you an excuse as to why a technician hasn’t came and try to fix the issue. The excuse is “we’re backed up because of Covid” but everything was handled when the pandemic just began last year. I’d understand a week later maybe someone will reach out and help but it’s been a month and I’m still contacting them almost every day to have someone come look at our Air Conditioner. Just called and they didn’t even answer. I’m fed up and hot!

A friend recommended to get a whole home water filter with the bad water in our city. I found this company on google and they were amazing. Installed it the next day After i called and best home Improvement I’ve made so far!

Didn’t think a water heater could impress me this much. Installation was a breeze and customer service top-notch. Oh, and did I mention the savings? Noticed it from the very first bill! ProTerra is the real deal.

This company is not good at all do not let this company work on your home or sign any contract with them they come very quickly to install ac and when you need a tech to come and fix a problem you only get a call center and no tech it's been 3 months with my problem and still no tech there excuse is they only have one technician and thats all NOT A GOOD COMPANY DON'T TRUST THEM DON'T SIGN NOTTHING.....

It's August 10, 2023, agian this company is not good at all I've been calling for a tech for the past 3 months I've paid my on tech to come and fix my ac and now my compressor is gone have to pay out of pocket please think about it if going with this company fast to install but not fast to repair.
Im calling my lawyer just to let you know that the company that they work for ygrean is being sued, and im not the only one that's sued.

Innovation home services replaced my air conditioner. It is still under warranty but they refuse to service it. I have called several times and they do not respond at all.I blows air but does not cool.i definitely would not recommend they to anyone.

My old a/c got broken an I called the company, they were very prompt, sales person was professional and helped me to get what the most fit my house. Installation was done next day, guys were polite, did job fast and clean. Happy with service! Hope there were more companies like this.

I had a warranty with this company and now I have been forced to contact an attorney. They refused to send someone out while I was in warranty and I spent one month contacting them they told me that I was no longer in warranty. Them and renew financial are predatory. Please do not use these people.

Have know Alex and Mehgan for sometime as dealers for the Goodman brand of air conditioning equipment. They are highly praised by their clients on whether it's new installs or service and provide finance om new installs. In my case they were quick to respond which is important especially in our HOT South Florida summers. Highly recommended and thank you!

do not use this company ! they pulled a permit on my home and never closed it. now i have to pay the county 10k and they are not responding to calls or emails regarding this situation. and the county said they’ve done this to hundreds of people.

Terrible experience with Innovation Home Services Corp. They convinced me to install a new AC system, but completely failed to close the permit something that should have been handled by them from the start. Because of their negligence, I was stuck with thousands of dollars in unexpected permit fees. They were unresponsive when I tried to get answers and take no accountability for the issue they caused. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be careful once they get your money, they disappear.
