Loved VR Green Cleaning! We had just bought new rugs and our dog got very sick and had a few accidents on them. We tried to spot clean but decided on investing in professional cleaning and it was SO worth it. They did a great job, helped eliminate the smell & stains, and were very professional and kind! I have a sectional that’s about 5 years old now, never been cleaned so there were stains from over the years and a stale odor from it sitting in a storage warehouse for a few months. Oscar did an amazing job pulling out all the stains and explaining the process while also providing expert recommendations. I will definitely use VR Green Cleaning’s services again for all my upholstery, carpet/rug, and mattress cleaning needs.

10/8/24 UPDATE:
At my first appointment, Oscar was really kind and friendly, which I really appreciated (and still do). I am grateful for his customer service. However, after the couch was cleaned, the smell of dog was still there, even though he had deep cleaned and shampooed the couch. He said the shampoo would ensure that the smell would never come back, and that was guaranteed. He also said at that appointment that if the smell returned, someone from VR would come back and clean it again for free. I reached back out to have someone come back because the dog smell was still on the couch after it dried, but after waiting for two weeks, nobody has scheduled an appointment to come back despite the smell. We had to take matters into our own hands, and spend even more money with someone else. Very unfortunate that I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 2.
