I recently got a couch secondhand and knew I needed to get it cleaned before I used it. I contacted VR Green Cleaning and Fillip did an incredible job! He was polite and direct about pricing and extremely professional and thorough. The couch looks and smells brand new! I'm super pleased with the results and will definitely use VR Green Cleaning again in the future!

Our rug looks much newer, thanks to VR Green cleaning. Oscar did a great job steam cleaning our rug, getting all the dirt out.

Oscar VR Green Cleaning did a great job cleaning a very dirty carpet. He came on time, worked fast and did a great detailed cleaning!

I was so impressed with VR Green Cleaning! They were incredibly professional and efficient in cleaning my carpets. My carpets looked brand new after they were finished. Green cleaning did an excellent job with the cleaning of our sofa. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and we’re very easy to work with. My sofa looks great!

Flipp did an outstanding job of cleaning our mattress and oversize sectional. I was really impressed and it took absolutely no time. We were moving in and wanted everything deep cleaned after coming for storage and moving across states. We decided to have him come back to clean two more rugs. You will not be disappointed!

Their technician, Oscar, was great. He was responsive and did a great job with the carpet cleaning. He showed up on time and texted me to confirm the job the day before. He also provided Before and After photos when requested. I give him 5-stars. But the "corporate" owner was not very responsive and required a lot of prompting to get him to respond (which he did not do much at all). If you can deal with someone not being very responsive or communicating or confirming schedules, then I'd recommend their service. If you're looking for a company that's more professional, communicative, and proactive, you might want to look elsewhere. This is why I'm giving this business 4 stars instead of 5.

Fantastic experience with Oscar at VR Green Cleaning. He was very communicative and efficient with his work. I would recommend using them for any carpet cleaning project. We have some tricky stairs and he cleaned them very well.

This company does the worst pool service in miami!!! They find an excuse for their crappy job and blame their customers instead of finding solutions to their problems... I called to cancel my service and express the horrible job their employee had done his response was that they were too busy instead of telling me that he would send someone else out to check...I proceed to tell him I would leave a bad review he told me he didn't care and to make sure I left my name... here I am... let's see what reply and excuse you give to you bad service

Royal pool service have been awesome, service is on point and impeccable !!!!!

Every week I try to go into my pool and every week my day is completely ruined when I do. I swim in a sea of dead bugs with algae and dirt on the floor and algae and spider eggs on the wall. I think to myself, "Wow, I should pay someone to clean this" and then I realize that I do.

Thank you Royal Pool Service for making our pool look beautiful once again. You were truly able to remove the white fly and the water is crystal clear. Your staff is great and Joe and Manny have lots of knowledge and experience.

The purpose of this review is not to criticize the company to put them down, but  to make them better, more professional and efficient after reading and addressing issues their customer posts.

Facts:
-)when the pool man removes the leaves from the pool and canister , he trow all of them in the plants around , so any minimal wind brings all the leaves back to the pool. We told him on numerous occasions to discard them in the trash can instead.
-) You have to tell the pool guy specifically to brush the pool and use the vacuum everytime they come and BE there, otherwise he won't do it.
-) You have to ask and tell the pool guy to clean the filter, otherwise it won't happen.
-) The Company's manager told me that in order to remove the stains from the leaves at the bottom of the pool he will need to put Extra amount of chlorine making the pool unable to use or to CUT AND REMOVE ALL THE LANDSCAPING around the pool.
We have the pool over 15+ years ,and the same plants and landscaping around and never had that issue before.
-)The only time I asked them to remove the stains took more than a month from them to do their work after numerous phone calls. Obviously at an Extra charge.
-) The pool guy was always in a hurry saying that he has to do so many pools in one day and he hasn't enough time to do "details" ( vacuum, brush walls, clean filter, dispose leaves in a trash can)
-) They always blame the weather, the Gardener's company, or the Landscaping.
-) I firmly believe that reviews and comments should help not only possible customers but for the Company itself to strive in been more professional rendering a better and more conscious service.
After all you are paying for a service and expect results.

We have had excellent service from Royal Pool ever since we bought our house in 2009. Manny, the man who does our weekly service, is incredibly reliable. He shows up like clockwork. The general maintenance we have received always keeps the pool looking great. When ever filters or equipment have needed to be replaced, the company comes out quickly and takes care of the problem. We have sold our house, so are discontinuing our service, but have already recommended Royal Pool to the buyers of our home. We have many different companies we rely on to take care of home maintenance. Royal Pool has been one of our best providers. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for quality, reliable, and responsive service.

We recently needed our pool equipment replaced and were extremely impressed with the level of service provided. They were very professional, and efficient. The new equipment is running great and has made a noticeable difference.
