The worse part is that I did not check previous reviews and I gave them my trust for doing that specific grout tile cleaning the guy show up with partially broken machine and Equipment when I asked him if he was done with certain areas he said yes and then I ask him and raised the flag and I said this is still looking dark ended up calling the lady Anna that she was the business owner partner from there on they stop the work the main manager arrived Jesus he realize that it's not as good as it was supposed to be promised me the job will be completed on the best side the next day, I did not hear anything still showing bad grout spots on top of all that I have damaged my grouts and was waiting about 3 to 4 days to get my grout filed in... besides of that I had a different color grounds placed by that company that is the worst company the worst service the worst equipment I will never use that place again and would not recommend that to anybody the worst service ever please be advised and stay away from that horrible company management half of their people they sending are not even speaking properly English do not understand what they say do not understand what you say a completely disaster how that company actually survive I do not know🥵🥵🥵🥵😱😱😱😱😠😠

Came quickly, honored a great price and took the smell of urine off my couch. Very happy with this company. Highly recommended.

My father hired them to restor and polish his travertine floor the sent an employee that was rude and with an attitude did not want to explain process and did not honor agreement cleaned tools and pored toxic chimicqls down the kitchen sink left everything with residue and did not want to clean or move the furniture to do job properly my father told him to stop he would pay for the terrible polish he had done so far and then left a few minutes later the owner Jesus barges through my fathers front door opens his legs and laid back on my fathers coach screaming that he wanted cash and cash only now my father told he would pay only for the polish since they refused to do what the had agreeed on and he had a fit of rage threatening that he would break all his furniture at this point he stopped ran around the house with a screw driver scratching all his floor totally damaging the travertine .this company should be band and has terrible work ethics they are a scam and are extremely dangerous

Ii made an appointment and they did not show up, after waiting 4 hours. They gave me a 10am-2pm window and did notify me that they were not coming. I followed up a day or 2 later with
no reply.

I am very happy with my experience with Fresh Cleaning Management Co. They arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning all of the time on the first floor. I thought the price was reasonable and they explained the process very well. I will not hesitate to call Fresh Cleaning Management Co in the future.

To keep it simple this company is HORRIBLE! I requested a quote to pressure clean and re-apply sealer to our fairly new Cuban tile that is handmade. This tile was expensive so we wanted to go with a professional company. I received the initial estimate handwritten on a business card. First red flag! Then when the tech came to do the job he told me a different price until I showed him the business card I received and after back and forth with his boss/owner they confirmed the price would stay the same. Second red flag! That day the tech pressure cleaned and returned back the next day to apply the sealer. He started when it was already late afternoon and continued to go back and forth between my home and another one he was also working on. Third red flag! He didn't finish our house until 8,9PM so we couldn't really see the final product. However, my husband paid him the full amount assuming we had received a good service. BIG MISTAKE! In the morning, we saw the sealer was applied all uneven and there were patches throughout. It looks horrible! To make it worse there was a big spill of sealer on our brand new concrete driveway. I immediately called to get it all fixed and cleaned up and the owner promised they'd be back out that week. No one ever showed up. I had to call them over 6 times and every time the owner would act like we had never spoken before and would give me a new date that someone would come. It's been almost 3 months and no one has come to at least clean up the driveway spill much less fix the crappy job they did on our Cuban tile. This man should not be an owner of any business!! He is a disgusting human being and LIAR. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD! TO PROVE MY POINT, THE ONE OTHER REVIEW ON HERE IS THE OWNER HIMSELF. After numerous calls I was able to get a hold of someone else besides that fraud which I assume was his wife. She was actually kind and apologized instead of lying and making excuses and promised to give me a full refund for all the inconveniences. Well she too is a liar just covers it up better. It's been over two weeks and haven't received my refund. It takes a lot for me to write this review. I am a small business owner in the home improvement industry so I know there will be setbacks and tend to be more understanding. However, I expect honesty and quality work and those are two things you WILL NOT receive from this so called company.

You know, I used these guys three times. Twice at my place and once at a unit I manage. I was happy the first time around and from what i know the tenant was happy but they came again last month. Same guya nd everything and also very nice but after he left, my place kept smelling like mildew. Just not a good smell. I thought it might be spoiling food at first but couldn't find any. Or maybe my 4 year old hid some food some place and now its reeking.. No idea but after i got a second opinion, I was told it was the carpet! So I called them last Wednesday and told them the issue. He was suppose to have someone come the next day between 12-4 according to what he told me. No one ever showed up. When I called, he said I was "on standby" so no guarantee .. I was upset because that wasn't what he said when I called the day before, but non-the-less, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to let them come Friday same time frame. Someone called me at 1:30, didn't leave a message or send a text and i was on the other line when I got off, I called the number back seeing as I had no idea who it was and it was maybe 10-20 minutes later. The guy said since i didn't answer they went to another job. Again that wasn't the deal. I never asked for a follow up call. So he should have just headed to the place and had I not been there then I can see them now washing their hands of it. But no! So, the guy said the manager would call me back to reschedule. That was 5 days ago. I will not be calling them back and I will not use their services. Which is unfortunate for them since I am a property manager and they could have continued to get a lot of business from me.. real shame. This was on groupon and they offered me the deal if I just paid directly with them so I did.

They came back and did a great job on redoing it. I spoke with a manager and she was very nice and concerned. I would use them again.

Great company. I got serviced today. The technician was very respectful and courteous. Arrived on time, and did a helluva a job. Got my air duct and vents cleaned. Right away noticed the difference. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I used this company to do my entire apartment and the two young man that the owner send ( Alex and Matt ) were amazing !!!! They moved furniture and put everything back to place without a complaint. They left my floors beautiful!!! I highly recommend this company.!!!

Fresh Cleaning Management was a great business for me. They showed up on time to give me a frer quote and they showed up on time to do the work. It took exactly the amount of time they said it would and my grout came out absolutely perfect. Definitely would recommend this company to clean your grout

Extremely disappointing. Never again. Scheduled an appointment for 12-3 on Tue to clean grout in my living room. Whole day waiting. Earliest time to rescheduled is for Thu 8-9am - 2 days later. Workman was send to an address in Fort Lauderdale, which is 20 miles from where I live. Arrived at 10am. Result: grout is not cleaned evenly - there are light spots and dark spots - I questioned before the workmen left and he said it just needs to dry. It dried and is still spotty. Final touch - my floor is greasy and slippery.

Fresh Cleaning management did an amazing job on my carpets. The service was quick, they came next morning and removed problem spots another company couldn’t. They look good as new. Prices were very reasonable as well. Def will be calling back again.

Very punctual, and amazing service. My sofas were extremely stained and messy, and they we’re cleaned like new afterwards. And amazing job was done on my rugs, I am definitely going to recommend them to my family.
