Their crew worked quickly and did a great job with the pet stains in my new carpeting and with the non-toxic treatment, I didn't have to worry about my pets.. I will use Mcnees Carpet And Upholstery Cleaning again and again!!

Fake company and scammers. They’re just getting your information and not showing up. All the reviews are not even local people from
Miami. It seems they paid all their fakers to write a review for them. I’ll be taken this matter to the police station and have them look into this company and put an end to this.

We hired this company, first cleaning was great, second supposed “deep clean” was awful. Team as they are called left all our blinds with dust, dirty spots in the kitchen and team had issues, when I pointed out their errors. They were rushing through the house and instead of a “Deep clean” they performed a regular cleaning. Shame on you for taking peoples money and not providing services offered.

In my case, they charged the maximum and did the minimum. I paid $340 for them to clean a vacant, completely empty apartment. I agreed to the price because in truth, tenants left it dirty, specially fridge and stove. To my surprise, the cleaning of kitchen and bath cabinets inside was not included, which I had specifically asked they do. They also did a very, very poor job on the floors. The rest was OK. Unfortunately I thought they would do a great job but was disappointed to see the final result.

Out of the three cleaning we had this one was the best. Very profesional and nice. They did a great job. Olie and Niurka! Thank you! I am very pleased!

Amazing company! Marisol and Odalys are the BEST! Not only to they clean my home as if it was there's but they take time to bring joy and love into our home. The ladies are very attentive, communicative, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are on time and reliable. They always ask for feedback from us to make sure they got the job done to our expectations. We couldn't be happier.

Really unhappy with the service. I thought my wife was making a big deal but the fact is we wont ask again for the service. Called the office to complain and they never got the phone. My house was cleaner before they arrived. There was smell like if somebody was smoking inside my house. This was the trigger to me cause I had lung cancer and this is unacceptable. Don't recommend this company at all to anybody.

We have been using TCA for a 5 yrs now...we love their consistency to be on time, friendly employees, and their communication sheets on what was priority for that day of cleaning. They work through our 4 bed/3.5 bath on a rotation basis paying special attention to not only the basic cleaning of our home (dusting, bathrooms, mopping & vacuuming), but fans, blinds, windows, baseboards and the like. Additionally, anything I ask for that may not be on the list is accepted with a smile (and a small reasonable fee). They clean on a per room fee base: seriously reasonable!!!! We love their integrity & teamwork!

My apartment in Miami is my second home. My primary home is in Panama, Republic of Panama. Since I started working with The Cleaning Authority the experience has being above and beyond about what I was expecting. I have had issues related to the fact that I do not live in the US and The Cleaning Authority has being a Great Help. I would recommend this company to anyone without thinking twice.

The Clean Authority is brilliant. They have all the tools and know how to use them. The crews are well paid and happy to come to work. They arrive on time, punch in via phone and are working in 5 mins! They always send one team member who has cleaned the house previously. I do not know what they do to my kitchen sink, but it literally SPARKLES for the next 48 hours!
