I have used The Cleaning Authority for the last 2 1/2 years. I want to thank the team, the supervisor and management for all their hard work and understanding of my situation. Multiple times at a moments notice I have had to ask for schedule change and they always have been able to Accommodate me. The Cleaning is Always detailed and thorough a fantastic job! All the ladies are Polite, Respectful and professional. My home smells fresh and is extremely clean after they’ve been here. I love their work ethics. Thank you for all your Hard work in keeping my home clean. I recommend The Cleaning Authority to have a beautifully cleaned home. 😊

After 2 cleans so far, I’m really happy with this service. I like that the team is reliable and that there is oversight and customer service for the business. Great value compared to other service providers I have tried that have not worked out long term. My friend has also been using the service for years and remains satisfied.

I’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for a few months now and am very happy with them! The teams are very nice and very professional! They come in and get my house clean and shiny in no time! Dealing with the office when needed is a pleasure! They are very responsive and friendly and look to make you happy with their services! I also really love the app which makes it easy to keep track of when the next clean will be and make changes if necessary!

I'm here taking care of an elderly gentleman. The primary areas to be cleaned were his bedroom and bathroom, as well changing his bedding. I scheduled an estimate and they never showed up. After contacting them, they said they were here months ago (unknown to me) and turned down the job due to clutter. Had they shown up, or even asked me about it beforehand, they would have seen the home has since been remodeled inside and there is no more clutter. Thanks for wasting my time.

Great experience! The ladies were friendly and left my home spotless. Loved the little touches and that a quality manager came by to check in. Super easy to pay through the app. Definitely recommend!

I would say the work was good. Part of the problem was communication although I tried my best with Spanish. The kitchen floor could use more action as it is an old floor. Both bathrooms were good. We noticed after a while that a screw cover cap was missing on the toilet s’est. The picture frames still had dust. The stove was not the proper method to clean it. The l’asticot sponge she used scratched the surface. Vacuuming good. Laminate good. I didn’t see the walls being cleaned or doors but not sure if that was part of the deal. So I used the coupon this time. So the quoted price was $175 for the first time, but with coupon $150. For Next time the quoted price was $135. So with coupon that makes it $110. What about after that?

This is the first time I met the cleaning authority team and they did a very good job. They are very professional. Someone came during their work to check everything and make sure the work is done properly. So far, I am very happy with their job:)

I am very happy with their service. 3 very friendly women came and left my house spotless. They are fast and efficient. Good listening skill. They brought their own cleaning supplies. They vacuumed my velvet furniture and the house looks beautiful. Price is very reasonable.
