My home is cleaned by them every two weeks and I love their work. My house is always clean and they do it so quickly too. I love that they have 2 to 3 girls cleaning the house. Would recommend them to anyone looking for consistency with having your home cleaned.

They are a piece of mind to me, I feel that overall they are trustworthy. Sometimes they haven't answered my text messages. I am concerned when new crew members do my house I usually prefer the same ones coming. I would recommend them. And I have recommended them. There is room for improvement BUT for the most part they have BEEN pretty good.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for more than three years. The staff is always courteous and professional. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. Dailen and Vivian cleaned my house last week. When they were done, the floors were spotless and the shower doors were left sparking clean. I'm super happy with this service.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for almost a year and I can honestly say that the ladies are ALL terrific! Giselle is very accommodating when I have needed to change the schedule; she bends over backwards to make sure that I receive service on the day that is most convenient for me. MARISOL and ODALYS, my regular cleaning team, are EXCELLENT! They always go above and beyond what is required. I am very picky about certain things like the dusting of my bedroom furniture, desk, and treadmill, and the ladies always remember and DELIVER! They are always friendly, on time, and thorough. My thanks to them for all they do! I would be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs help with house cleaning!

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my home for over a year. My team, Odalys and Marisol, have been outstanding. They arrive on time and do a very thorough job on my home. They take great care while dusting the furniture and blinds and pay extra attention to areas that need a little extra work. During the pandemic, they were careful to wear masks and gloves while in the house which put us at ease. They also go out of their way to spend time with my overly friendly dog. I highly recommend them and The Cleaning Authority.

FAR MORE THAN I EXPECTED! I recently bought a larger house and quickly found there was far more to clean than I had I time or patience to attend to. I called, scheduled an estimate, and within the week my home was spotless! They even bring a checklist to make sure every nook and cranny is cleaned to perfection. I especially appreciate that they show up on time and bring their own eco-friendly cleaning products.

So far my experience with this company is beyond my expectations. Gisela, Elizabeth & Maria are doing a fantastic job. There is a say that no one will ever clean your house like yourself, well let me tell you since these ladies showed up that is no longer the case. Every request has being fulfilled, prompt response when texting, they also pay attention to little details like when they do towel art figures with my towel kitchen which my daughter loves! Keep the good energy and thank you for giving me the opportunity to spend more time doing the things that I enjoy 😊

I used them a year ago and I had a very negative experience. They do show up to work and the ladies are great, however they are given 1.5 hours to clean the whole house. The owner of this particular branch was absolutely disrespectful after I had many complains and evidence of spots that were not cleaned appropriately.
I clean my house and if I hire a service I want someone to deep clean and maintain my house not to simply wipe down the spot without paying attention to detail. I had a lot of fluctuations of ladies, which told me they weren’t very happy there, otherwise why so many left? I wouldn’t recommend.

From day 1, Fiorella was very helpful, accommodating and professional. The ladies have been very responsible, kind, respectful and are great at what they do. They are quick, very thorough and care about doing a great job so you are satisfied. I highly recommend them and their technology is top notch.

We have used The Cleaning Authority for 6+ years. They were so professional and punctual when we lived in Jacksonville that we looked to see if they operated in Miami when we moved here. They do and and I’m so glad!

We have service every other week and our team is amazing. The women are incredibly hard working, efficient and nice. Communication with the office is easy and I can honestly say we have never ever had a single issue with the company. How many places can you say that about? People always comment on how clean our house is and I give The Cleaning Authority all the credit.

* If anyone is hesitant about using a cleaning service during Covid, don’t be. The ladies arrive in masks and wear them the entire time. It’s just another example of how courteous and professional they are. This is also a woman run business- so important to support!

I have been using the clean Authority for 2 years now. They clean my office and my home! I love the fact that there's always two people in my home so that there is accountability all around.

Their system of deep cleaning one focus area every cycle works perfectly. They're very flexible with their scheduling and accommodate my request for specific time slot every two weeks.

There's always one person of the crew who has cleaned my house previously so it's never surprise with new people showing up and walking around like they're clueless.

I highly recommend the service!

Highly recommend. I have been using their service for over a year. I have used several cleaning options in the past, such as professional and individual services. I can attest to several things The Cleaning Authority of South Miami does well. First, they provide a list of the places in the home which will be cleaned. This gives you an opportunity to hold them accountable for any areas missed. Second, they send 2-4 women at a time. This works well as many hands make for light work. The ladies are not exhausted nor over-extended. It is evidenced in their demeanor as their temperament is joyful and in good spirits. Third, not only is it affordable, but they also include their own cleaning supplies, which will save you monies as well. Lastly, they do not have a high turn around ratio of the staff. If requested and if possible, they will send the same ladies whom already know your home and your preferences. IF you have any concerns over less than par cleaning, all that is needed is one text message to the owner. The one and only time I had a concern, one simple text was all it took. I contacted the owner, let her know that areas that were missed. She humbly apologized and it never happened again. They stand by what they promise.

The cleaning group did a very good job. They were very thorough and careful.

Very good service, great communication and my home is very clean.
