My appointment was at 10am, and at 9:59 they rang my doorbell, so I was already impressed before they walked through the door. It only got better from there! They cleaned every nook and cranny in my home and left me speechless with their impeccable attention to detail. Even on the way out the team was impressive, by a smooth payment process and the desire to ensure my satisfaction of the job. I can't say enough how much this company exceeded my expectations. The cleaners did a great job. Came when they said they would. Spent the time they needed to do the job (4 hours) The house smelled amazing when they were done. The owner Catalina is very easy to work with and goes out of her way to make sure everything is your satisfaction! I highly recommend this company.

I feel horrible writing this review, but I was extremely disappointed with this company. I hired them to do a deep clean after my floors got redone. I came home and I walked around the apartment and my feet were black after they claimed they deep cleaned the floors. I got a call halfway through that My dryer wasn’t working, however, they just had not cleaned the dryer vent. It is really scary to know that they could’ve set the dryer on fire. I contacted the manager and she was really nice, but I never heard back from her After I expressed my concerns.

I don't get it. They are around the corner from me yet the app suggest they do not service my area. I called for clarification, on hold forever!

Sometimes you just need help cleaning up your place and Check Maid Cleaning is the best option around here. I will be coming back again.

I had an extremely satisfying experience with Check Maid. I was able to schedule a last-minute move-out cleaning. I called on Friday and was able to arrange a cleaning for Monday.

Booked through Check Maid for my 2 bedroom (2 bath) condo; they were great. Arrived on time and finished within two hours! Will be booking again when my place gets as dirty as it was again.
